Les salari\u00e9s masculins de Diageo qui travaillent en Belgique, aux Pays-Bas et au Luxembourg, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient \u00e9galement de 26 semaines de cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Diageo commence le d\u00e9ploiement de sa nouvelle politique RH ambitieuse en mati\u00e8re de cong\u00e9 familial pour les femmes et les hommes. Cette politique s&rsquo;applique \u00e0 tous les employ\u00e9s de l&rsquo;entreprise et est une initiative de Diageo afin de rendre le personnel pleinement inclusif et diversifi\u00e9.\u00a0La nouvelle politique offre aux employ\u00e9es du Benelux au moins 26 semaines de cong\u00e9 de maternit\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9. Les employ\u00e9s masculins actifs sur les march\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens, dont la Belgique, les Pays-Bas et le Luxembourg, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient eux aussi de 26 semaines de cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9 enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9. Enfin, Diageo lance une norme mondiale minimale de quatre semaines de cong\u00e9 de paternit\u00e9 avec un salaire plein.<\/p>\n<p>Objectif \u00e9vident de\u00a0cette nouvelle politique:\u00a0aider les employ\u00e9s \u00e0 profiter du bonheur familial d\u00e8s le d\u00e9part, tout en leur donnant la possibilit\u00e9 de poursuivre leur carri\u00e8re. L&rsquo;entreprise veut \u00e9galement s&rsquo;assurer que les employ\u00e9s, hommes et femmes, puissent passer suffisamment de temps avec leur famille, peu importe o\u00f9 ils vivent et travaillent.<\/p>\n<p>An Martel, directrice commerciale de Diageo Benelux, d\u00e9clare : <em>\u00ab Notre objectif est de rendre le personnel pleinement inclusif et diversifi\u00e9. Nous sommes convaincus que les entreprises jouent un r\u00f4le important dans la construction de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de demain. Les multinationales comme Diageo doivent prendre des mesures significatives en termes de politique et d&rsquo;environnement de travail pour r\u00e9aliser concr\u00e8tement les progr\u00e8s que les gens m\u00e9ritent. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Ce d\u00e9ploiement s&rsquo;inscrit dans une strat\u00e9gie mondiale. Comme dans la plupart des pays, la nouvelle politique au Benelux entrera en vigueur au d\u00e9but du nouvel exercice de Diageo (\u00e0 partir du 1er juillet 2019). Les autres pays la mettront en \u0153uvre dans le courant de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e.
