Il implique de valoriser le d\u00e9veloppement humain et soci\u00e9tal, de d\u00e9velopper les conditions d&rsquo;une responsabilit\u00e9 partag\u00e9e dans l\u2019entreprise, de favoriser l\u2019implication de toutes les parties prenantes dans un contexte de protection indispensable des ressources naturelles.<\/p>\n<p>Le livre explore donc huit cl\u00e9s qui traduisent ces orientations : le changement, le service, la strat\u00e9gie, l\u2019initiative, le management, le d\u00e9veloppement relationnel et humain, le leadership. Il explicite \u00e9galement les valeurs qui les soutiennent. Il allie concepts, m\u00e9thodes et illustrations.<br \/>\nIl s\u2019adresse \u00e0 la fois \u00e0 tous les acteurs de changement du monde professionnel et \u00e0 celles et ceux qui ont envie de le devenir.<\/p>\n<p>Michel Damar est \u00e9conomiste, ma\u00eetre de conf\u00e9rences \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Namur et vice-pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019asbl \u00ab\u00a0Le Beau Vallon, soins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en sant\u00e9 mentale\u00a0\u00bb. Il dispose d\u2019une longue exp\u00e9rience de dirigeant dans le secteur public belge, de consultant et d\u2019accompagnement de responsables dans leur \u00e9volution.<\/p>\n<p>Joseph Pirson est sociologue et philosophe.
