Une entreprise en pleine expansion, des conditions de travail attirantes, un cadre agr\u00e9able, des possibilit\u00e9s de formations, une politique de mobilit\u00e9 interne dynamique, des valeurs soci\u00e9tales, mais aussi une entreprise qui s&rsquo;affirme dans sa dimension humaine dans un monde en pleine mutation.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En 2018, les 1800 collaborateurs d\u2019Ethias ont \u00e9galement accueilli pr\u00e8s d\u2019une centaine de nouveaux coll\u00e8gues. Des profils directement li\u00e9s aux m\u00e9tiers de l\u2019assurance, mais \u00e9galement une grande proportion de profils plus pointus (IT, Risk Management, Audit, Digital, Data\u2026) qui viennent soutenir nos experts en assurance.<\/p>\n<p>En 2019, ce sont pas moins de 120 collaborateurs qu\u2019Ethias envisage d\u2019engager.<br \/>\nConsciente qu\u2019un accueil r\u00e9ussi a un impact extr\u00eamement positif sur la qualit\u00e9 de la relation que le collaborateur aura avec son organisation, Ethias a mis au point une nouvelle proc\u00e9dure d\u2019onboarding fid\u00e8le au principe du \u00ab phygital \u00bb, soit un concept alliant \u00e0 la fois technologies digitales et interactions humaines.<\/p>\n<p>Ethias a ainsi d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 application sp\u00e9cifique qui permet au futur collaborateur de mieux s\u2019impr\u00e9gner de la culture de l\u2019entreprise avant m\u00eame le jour de son arriv\u00e9e.<br \/>\nCette app permet de fournir des informations qualitatives \u00e0 nos jeunes recrues et de nous assurer que des conditions de travail optimales sont mises en place d\u00e8s le premier jour.<br \/>\nDe la signature de leur contrat jusqu\u2019au jour de leur entr\u00e9e en service, ces collaborateurs pourront acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des informations vari\u00e9es sur la strat\u00e9gie de l\u2019entreprise, ses ambitions, ses valeurs\u2026 Ils pourront \u00e9galement consulter des donn\u00e9es pratiques et s\u2019impr\u00e9gner au maximum de sa culture interne.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Si nos services peuvent \u00eatre optimis\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019aide du digital, le contact humain reste, aujourd\u2019hui plus que jamais, essentiel.
