Le th\u00e8me, on ne peut plus actuel, retenu pour cette nouvelle \u00e9dition : \u00ab\u00a0comment faire plus avec moins ?\u00a0\u00bb<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Il ne sert \u00e0 rien de se voiler la face : nous assistons \u00e0 une r\u00e9elle contraction des ressources disponibles. Les subsides et budgets publics sont sous pression tandis que les co\u00fbts internes (dont ceux li\u00e9s aux effectifs notamment) continuent d\u2019augmenter. Le risque inh\u00e9rent \u00e0 cette nouvelle donne concerne en priorit\u00e9 les projets strat\u00e9giques en cours, clairement menac\u00e9s dans leur continuit\u00e9. Il s\u2019agit m\u00eame parfois de repenser fondamentalement l\u2019organisation, faute de pouvoir garantir sa survie \u00e0 moyen\/long terme\u2026<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif de la journ\u00e9e du non-marchand initi\u00e9e par Acerta consiste donc \u00e0 identifier, au-travers de t\u00e9moignages et de partages de bonnes pratiques, quelles sont les possibilit\u00e9s de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de nouvelles sources de revenus et de r\u00e9pondre aux attentes en mati\u00e8re de performance\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Comme l\u2019indique Philippe Depaepe (Directeur G\u00e9n\u00e9ral Acerta Wallonie Bruxelles) : <em>\u00ab\u00a0La troisi\u00e8me \u00e9dition de notre journ\u00e9e s\u2019inscrit dans une certaine continuit\u00e9. Apr\u00e8s avoir abord\u00e9 les d\u00e9fis et les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du secteur non-marchand (dont entre autres le sens naturel donn\u00e9 au travail et la capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 mener une gestion ax\u00e9e sur le long terme), il nous semble logique de voir ensemble COMMENT les organisations du secteur vont pouvoir g\u00e9rer les changements en cours. Les vagues de fusions et de regroupements se succ\u00e8dent. Et elles s\u2019accompagnent in\u00e9vitablement d\u2019un objectif visant \u00e0 faire plus avec moins.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La mise \u00e0 disposition et le partage d\u2019expertises est la raison d\u2019\u00eatre m\u00eame de ce type de journ\u00e9e. Les chemins retenus par les \u00e9quipes de Philippe Depaepe visent \u00e0 multiplier les sources d\u2019inspiration pour les participants : <em>\u00ab En effet, nous souhaitons donner un maximum d\u2019outils concrets qui peuvent impacter l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 d\u2019une organisation. Nous amenons bien s\u00fbr notre expertise en mati\u00e8re de gestion de la masse salariale. Lors des audits que nous menons parfois, nous constatons encore souvent que des dispositifs alternatifs, int\u00e9ressants sur les plans fiscal et social, ne sont pas utilis\u00e9s. Par ailleurs, nous nous appuyons sur l\u2019expertise de notre service externe de pr\u00e9vention partenaire, l\u2019IDEWE : l\u2019approche \u00e0 la fois globale et individuelle d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en mati\u00e8re de pr\u00e9vention du burn-out est tr\u00e8s utile. Les entreprises, quel que soit leur secteur, sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 la gestion de la pression qui s\u2019exerce sur les collaborateurs. Ce que nous savons, c\u2019est que le ressenti de cette pression est en forte augmentation. Comment appr\u00e9hender cela ? Enfin, nous avons r\u00e9uni des t\u00e9moins issus du secteur non-marchand \u00e9videmment. En l\u2019occurrence, nous pouvons compter sur des dirigeants venus du secteur mutualiste, des soins \u00e0 domicile, de l\u2019hospitalier et des maisons de repos. Ceux-ci sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 partager leur vision de l\u2019\u00e9volution du secteur ainsi que les mesures d\u00e9j\u00e0 appliqu\u00e9es dans leurs organisations respectives.
