









{"id":7962,"date":"2019-06-20T15:45:15","date_gmt":"2019-06-20T13:45:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.peoplesphere.be\/fr\/?p=7962"},"modified":"2019-06-20T15:45:15","modified_gmt":"2019-06-20T13:45:15","slug":"exemple-de-dialogue-social-constructif-stib-balise-futur-de-personnel-ouvrier-via-signature-de-9-conventions-collectives","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/peoplesphere.be\/fr\/exemple-de-dialogue-social-constructif-stib-balise-futur-de-personnel-ouvrier-via-signature-de-9-conventions-collectives\/","title":{"rendered":"Un exemple de dialogue social constructif: la STIB balise le futur de son personnel ouvrier via la signature de 9 conventions collectives."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La direction de la STIB et les 3 organisations syndicales, CSC, CGSP et CGSLB, ont sign\u00e9 plusieurs Conventions Collectives de Travail qui assurent le futur de l\u2019entreprise et de ses travailleurs et propulsent la plus grande entreprise de Bruxelles \u00e0 la pointe en termes de classification des fonctions et de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration de son personnel ouvrier.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Aux termes de 5 ann\u00e9es de n\u00e9gociations intenses et constructives, direction et repr\u00e9sentants du personnel de la STIB ont sign\u00e9 9 conventions collectives de travail innovantes qui mettent en place une classification des fonctions du personnel ouvrier, soit plus de 6.000 travailleurs, et transforment en profondeur son syst\u00e8me de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019accord sign\u00e9 en commission paritaire le 10 mai et approuv\u00e9 par le Conseil d\u2019Administration le 17 juin 2019 permet \u00e0 chacun, travailleurs, personnel RH et managers, de comprendre plus facilement comment le personnel ouvrier est r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9 et surtout comment il le sera s\u2019il \u00e9volue dans sa carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement, la STIB passe d\u2019un syst\u00e8me complexe assorti d\u2019une multitude de primes obsol\u00e8tes \u00e0 un syst\u00e8me \u00e0 4 classes de fonctions ouvri\u00e8res li\u00e9es \u00e0 une \u00e9volution bar\u00e9mique simple, transparente et \u00e9quitable pour tous. Il n\u2019y a plus de distinction entre les carri\u00e8res techniques et celles de la conduite, ouvrant d\u00e8s lors de nouvelles perspectives en terme de mobilit\u00e9 interne. De plus, cet accord est une \u00e9tape majeure vers une classification de fonction int\u00e9gr\u00e9e avec la classification des fonctions des employ\u00e9s (en place depuis 2006) et donc vers le passage au statut unique.<\/p>\n<p>De nombreuses primes qui n\u2019\u00e9taient plus d\u2019actualit\u00e9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abrog\u00e9es. Par contre, les primes qui encouragent l\u2019\u00e9volution de la ma\u00eetrise technique et linguistique, pour servir les clients mieux encore, sont, elles, maintenues et renforc\u00e9es. Enfin, les bar\u00e8mes sont rallong\u00e9s pour pouvoir accompagner des carri\u00e8res futures plus longues.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous vivons un moment historique,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> se r\u00e9jouit Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Demars, Senior Vice President Ressources Humaines. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Pour la premi\u00e8re fois en Belgique, une entreprise fait table rase d\u2019un historique de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration complexe qui date de plusieurs d\u00e9cennies pour le remplacer par un nouveau syst\u00e8me clair et transparent dont l\u2019ensemble du personnel ouvrier profitera\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>. Ce nouveau syst\u00e8me, qui entrera en vigueur au 1e mai 2021 pour tout le personnel ouvrier, est assorti de 3 garanties : aucune perte de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration sur l\u2019ensemble de la carri\u00e8re restante, une assurance groupe au moins \u00e9quivalente \u00e0 celle offerte dans l\u2019ancien syst\u00e8me et une augmentation salariale de minimum 10 \u20ac bruts par mois au moment du lancement en mai 2021.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Compte \u00e9pargne-carri\u00e8re<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La STIB a \u00e9galement conclu, le 10 mai 2019, deux Conventions Collectives de Travail relatives au compte individuel carri\u00e8re. Il s\u2019agit des premi\u00e8res CCT de ce type, sign\u00e9es en Belgique depuis l\u2019introduction de la Loi Peeters. Elles offrent la possibilit\u00e9 au travailleur d\u2019\u00e9pargner certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments de temps (les cong\u00e9s extra-l\u00e9gaux, les heures suppl\u00e9mentaires volontaires et les cong\u00e9s de garde\u2026) et d\u2019utiliser ces jours de cong\u00e9s au cours de la carri\u00e8re tant pour am\u00e9nager temporairement le temps de travail, avec pour objectif un meilleur \u00e9quilibre vie priv\u00e9e\/vie professionnelle, que pour am\u00e9nager sa fin de carri\u00e8re.
