On ne peut plus se contenter de d\u00e9nicher des talents : il faut les fa\u00e7onner.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dans son rapport \u2018Robots recherchent Humains, quand les machines ne peuvent se passer des hommes\u2019, ManpowerGroup formule 7 recommandations pour faire coexister l\u2019homme et la machine. Avec en fil rouge, la formation continue et le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences. En effet, plus de 9 employeurs belges sur 10 ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 vouloir renforcer les comp\u00e9tences de leur personnel d\u2019ici 2020 afin de faire face au d\u00e9fi de la digitalisation. Oui, les robots ont besoin des humains\u2026 encore faut-il que ces derniers disposent des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour faire \u00e9quipe avec eux.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>1| Ne pas oublier l\u2019importance du leadership<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les dirigeants doivent \u00eatre les moteurs du changement, de l\u2019innovation et les premiers promoteurs de la culture de la formation pour que leur entreprise devienne un terrain propice \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage et pour faire face aux d\u00e9fis d\u2019une \u00e9poque marqu\u00e9e par la rapide \u00e9volution des comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>2| Faire des femmes une part essentielle de la solution<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les femmes constituent 50 % de la population active et sont, depuis 2017, davantage dipl\u00f4m\u00e9es que les hommes. Il est donc indispensable de promouvoir une culture qui donne aux femmes toute la place pour s\u2019\u00e9panouir. Au reste, ce qui fonctionne pour les femmes fait recette pour tout le monde.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>3| Comprendre les aspirations de vos employ\u00e9s<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019horizon 2025, les millennials et les membres de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire ceux n\u00e9s apr\u00e8s 1995, repr\u00e9senteront plus des deux tiers de la population active mondiale. Les entreprises doivent s\u2019adapter \u00e0 ces jeunes professionnels en proposant des modes de travail plus vari\u00e9s et flexibles, du contrat de mission au temps partiel en passant par l\u2019int\u00e9rim, s\u2019ils veulent attirer et fid\u00e9liser les plus talentueux\u2009; c\u2019est ce que 87 % des actifs attendent d\u2019elles.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>4| Conna\u00eetre pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment les capacit\u00e9s des salari\u00e9s<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises doivent s\u2019appuyer sur l\u2019\u00e9valuation, l\u2019usage de donn\u00e9es exactes et actualis\u00e9es et d\u2019outils de pr\u00e9diction des performances pour placer leurs employ\u00e9s aux postes o\u00f9 ils seront le plus efficaces, et \u00e9viter le cloisonnement des comp\u00e9tences.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>5| Offrir une formation sur mesure<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises doivent abandonner les m\u00e9thodes de formation de masse au profit d\u2019approches cibl\u00e9es et encadr\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce auxquelles leurs employ\u00e9s pourront acqu\u00e9rir les comp\u00e9tences strat\u00e9giques qu\u2019elles ont tant de mal \u00e0 trouver en externe.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>6| Miser sur les qualit\u00e9s humaines<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises doivent affiner leurs strat\u00e9gies RH pour tenir compte du fait que les qualit\u00e9s humaines sont plus difficiles \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper que les comp\u00e9tences techniques.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>7| Donner \u00e0 l\u2019homme les cl\u00e9s pour tirer le meileur parti des technologies<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises doivent constamment mettre \u00e0 niveau leurs salari\u00e9s et fa\u00e7onner des talents.
