Or,<br \/>\nil existe bien d\u2019autres mani\u00e8res de motiver et d\u2019engager ses collaborateurs, en s\u2019appuyant<br \/>\nsur leur langage de la reconnaissance et en les valorisant en tant qu\u2019individus par exemple.<br \/>\nExplications.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Des r\u00e9sultats \u00e0 contre-courant\u00a0de la pens\u00e9e commune&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les chercheurs Brun et Dugas ont identifi\u00e9 3 grandes formes de reconnaissance n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0<br \/>\nl\u2019\u00e9quilibre des collaborateurs : relatives \u00e0 la personne, au processus de travail et aux r\u00e9sultats.<br \/>\nAlors que les entreprises ont l\u2019habitude de mettre l\u2019accent sur la reconnaissance des r\u00e9sultats, sur lesquels sont calqu\u00e9s la plupart des primes et bonus, l\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que la reconnaissance portant sur l&rsquo;individu est essentielle pour les collaborateurs. Ainsi, dans un environnement de travail positif , 62% des t\u00e9moignages de reconnaissance portent sur l\u2019individu en tant que tel (ind\u00e9pendamment de leurs r\u00e9sultats ou de leur mani\u00e8re de travailler), tandis que seuls 15% des marques de reconnaissance portent sur les r\u00e9sultats. Enfin, 23% des t\u00e9moignages de reconnaissance portent sur la mani\u00e8re de travailler, m\u00ealant la pratique et l\u2019investissement dans le travail.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>&#8230;appelant \u00e0 des changements dans la mani\u00e8re de penser la reconnaissance.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ces r\u00e9sultats viennent remettre en question la pens\u00e9e commune qui veut que l\u2019on doive<br \/>\nuniquement valoriser ses collaborateurs lorsque tout va bien et lorsqu\u2019ils atteignent leurs<br \/>\nobjectifs. A l\u2019heure o\u00f9 seul 1 salari\u00e9 sur 5 se sent suffisamment reconnu dans l\u2019entreprise, ces r\u00e9sultats invitent les managers et les organisations \u00e0 repenser la mani\u00e8re dont ils reconnaissent, motivent et engagent leurs collaborateurs.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude fournit enfin des pistes afin de d\u00e9velopper le sentiment de reconnaissance des<br \/>\ncollaborateurs, en s\u2019appuyant notamment sur les 5 langages de la reconnaissance .
