De ce fait, les organisations multinationales \u00e9valuent soigneusement le co\u00fbt de l\u2019expatriation de leurs salari\u00e9s.\u00a0L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate\u00a0Mercer sur le co\u00fbt de la vie indique que les villes asiatiques sont les plus ch\u00e8res pour les expats.\u00a0Hong Kong est \u00e0 nouveau la ville la plus ch\u00e8re du monde, Bruxelles se positionne \u00e0 la 77\u00e8me place.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La 25e enqu\u00eate annuelle de Mercer sur le co\u00fbt de la vie r\u00e9v\u00e8le qu\u2019un certain nombre de facteurs, notamment les fluctuations mon\u00e9taires, l\u2019inflation des biens et services et la volatilit\u00e9 du prix des logements, contribuent au co\u00fbt global d\u2019expatriation des salari\u00e9s affect\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019international.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans une \u00e9conomie ax\u00e9e sur les comp\u00e9tences, entra\u00een\u00e9e par la disruption num\u00e9rique et la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une main-d\u2019\u0153uvre connect\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, le d\u00e9ploiement d\u2019expatri\u00e9s est un aspect de plus en plus important de la strat\u00e9gie concurrentielle des entreprises mondiales\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, affirme Ilya Bonic, pr\u00e9sidente du p\u00f4le Career, chez Mercer. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Envoyer des salari\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger apporte de nombreux avantages personnels et organisationnels, notamment le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience mondiale, de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences et la r\u00e9affectation des ressources. En proposant des r\u00e9gimes de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration \u00e9quitables et concurrentiels, les organisations peuvent faciliter une mobilit\u00e9 favorable aux r\u00e9sultats commerciaux.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>New York est utilis\u00e9e comme ville de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour toutes les comparaisons et les fluctuations de change sont mesur\u00e9es par rapport au dollar am\u00e9ricain. L\u2019enqu\u00eate porte sur plus de 500 villes dans le monde. Le classement de cette ann\u00e9e comprend 209 villes r\u00e9parties sur les cinq continents et mesure le co\u00fbt comparatif de plus de 200 articles \u00e0 chaque endroit, y compris le logement, le transport, l\u2019alimentation, les v\u00eatements, les articles m\u00e9nagers et le divertissement.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le co\u00fbt de la vie est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important de l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 d\u2019une ville pour les entreprises\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Cindy Van Loo, Global Mobility Product Solutions Leader chez Mercer.<em> \u00ab\u00a0Les d\u00e9cideurs reconnaissent de plus en plus que la mondialisation met les villes au d\u00e9fi d\u2019informer, d\u2019innover et de rivaliser pour stimuler une satisfaction susceptible d\u2019attirer \u00e0 la fois les gens et les investissements : les deux cl\u00e9s de l\u2019avenir des villes.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate Mercer 2019 sur le co\u00fbt de la vie r\u00e9v\u00e8le que huit des dix villes les plus ch\u00e8res pour les expatri\u00e9s dans le monde sont asiatiques, en raison des co\u00fbts \u00e9lev\u00e9s des biens de consommation pour les r\u00e9sidents \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger et du dynamisme du march\u00e9 immobilier. Tokyo (2), Singapour (3) et S\u00e9oul (4) arrivent en t\u00eate de liste, tandis que la ville la plus ch\u00e8re du monde pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive reste Hong Kong (1). Les autres villes figurant dans le top dix sont Zurich (5), Shanghai (6), Achgabat (7), P\u00e9kin (8), New York (9) et Shenzhen (10). Les m\u00e9tropoles les moins ch\u00e8res au monde pour les expatri\u00e9s sont Tunis (209), Tachkent (208) et Karachi (207).<\/p>\n<p>Seule une ville europ\u00e9enne figure parmi les dix m\u00e9tropoles les plus ch\u00e8res. Il s&rsquo;agit de Zurich, qui arrive au cinqui\u00e8me rang, devant Berne (12). Gen\u00e8ve (13) a perdu deux places. Les villes d\u2019Europe centrale et orientale, dont Moscou (27), Saint-P\u00e9tersbourg (75), Prague (97) et Varsovie (173), ont perdu respectivement dix, vingt-six, quatorze et dix-neuf places<\/p>\n<p>Celles d\u2019Europe occidentale, dont Milan (45), Paris (47), Oslo (61) et Madrid (82), ont \u00e9galement perdu douze, treize, quatorze et dix-huit places, respectivement. En Allemagne, Stuttgart (126) a connu une baisse significative, tout comme Berlin (81) et D\u00fcsseldorf (92). Les m\u00e9tropoles du Royaume-Uni ont connu des baisses modestes, notamment Birmingham (135), qui a perdu sept places, Belfast (158) six places, et Londres (23) quatre places. Bruxelles, elle aussi, a d\u00fb c\u00e9der un certain nombre de places par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, elle est pass\u00e9e de 67 \u00e0 77.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0La forte baisse de Bruxelles est principalement due \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des autres villes du classement\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Cindy Van Loo, consultante en mobilit\u00e9 chez Mercer Belgique. <em>\u00ab Malgr\u00e9 des hausses de prix mod\u00e9r\u00e9es dans la plupart des m\u00e9tropoles europ\u00e9ennes, les devises du vieux continent se sont affaiblies par rapport au dollar, ce qui a fait baisser le classement de la plupart des villes.
