Actiris publie dans le m\u00eame temps la liste des formations li\u00e9es \u00e0 ces m\u00e9tiers, en insistant naturellement sur le principe suivant: suivre l\u2019une de ces formations, c\u2019est la garantie (ou presque) de trouver un emploi.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>De nouvelles formations ont fait leur apparition cette ann\u00e9e. D\u00e8s la rentr\u00e9e prochaine, les chercheurs d\u2019emploi pourront suivre des cours de dessinateur industriel, de chimie ou de gestion et comptabilit\u00e9 tout en percevant leurs allocations. C\u2019est une fonction pour laquelle les employeurs peinent \u00e0 recruter. Plusieurs raisons \u00e0 cela :<br \/>\n&#8211; Probl\u00e8me quantitatif : il y a trop peu de candidats pour certains m\u00e9tiers.<br \/>\n&#8211; Souci qualitatif : il y a des candidats mais ils n\u2019ont pas les bonnes qualifications (formation, exp\u00e9rience, connaissances linguistiques).<br \/>\n&#8211; Des conditions de travail difficiles : travail lourd ou dangereux, horaires coup\u00e9s, de week-end ou de nuit, statut pr\u00e9caire, r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration faible.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quels m\u00e9tiers et quels secteurs ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, 2 nouvelles fonctions critiques viennent s&rsquo;ajouter \u00e0 la liste : professeur de n\u00e9erlandais en primaire et ouvrier de production sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la transformation du caoutchouc. D\u2019autres m\u00e9tiers, en revanche, disparaissent. C\u2019est le cas de responsable logistique, d\u2019agent de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et aide comptable.<\/p>\n<p>Cela dit, d\u2019ann\u00e9es en ann\u00e9es, ce sont souvent les m\u00eames fonctions qui reviennent. Qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse des professeurs, du personnel soignant, des informaticiens ou encore des ing\u00e9nieurs.
