L&rsquo;entreprise, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans le travail int\u00e9rimaire, le recrutement et la s\u00e9lection dans ces secteurs, employe chaque jour 1.250 personnes. Voici les r\u00e9sultats les plus frappants du barom\u00e8tre d\u00e9di\u00e9 au secteur de la construction.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Comme attendu, le public est principalement masculin (86,18 % pour les travailleurs francophones) et a souvent indiqu\u00e9 l&rsquo;enseignement secondaire comme dipl\u00f4me le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 obtenu (6,61 % en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, 16,53 % en technique et 23,4 % en professionnel). Il s\u2019av\u00e8re que 72,36 % des travailleurs ont moins de 45 ans.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les bureaux physiques restent importants.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n90,24 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es consid\u00e8rent une visite dans une agence d&#8217;emploi comme une \u00e9tape importante vers un nouvel emploi. LinkedIn et Facebook sont consult\u00e9s respectivement par 41,46 % et 23,58 % des r\u00e9pondants, tandis que 31 % disent ne pas utiliser les r\u00e9seaux sociaux dans leur recherche d&rsquo;un nouvel emploi.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un package salarial int\u00e9ressant.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLes personnes interrog\u00e9es sont principalement \u00e0 la recherche d&rsquo;un emploi s\u00fbr et passionnant avec un salaire attractif. En ce qui concerne les avantages extra-l\u00e9gaux, les ch\u00e8ques-repas (78,69 %) et l&rsquo;assurance hospitalisation (71,31 %) sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme les principaux atouts.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Du stress, beaucoup de stress.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nFait surprenant : seulement 23,14 % d&rsquo;entre eux ressentent peu ou pas de stress dans leur emploi actuel, 44,63 % sont parfois un peu stress\u00e9s et pas moins de 32,23 % indiquent qu&rsquo;ils sont r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement ou continuellement stress\u00e9s. Trop de travail et donc une pression continue semble \u00eatre le facteur de stress le plus important, suivi par les embouteillages et la peur d&rsquo;\u00eatre licenci\u00e9.<br \/>\nAutre fait surprenant : en plus de la charge physique (75 %), la charge mentale (61 %) est \u00e9galement consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un facteur important pour d\u00e9terminer si une personne occupe un emploi p\u00e9nible ou non.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le changement ne fait pas peur.<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n93,44 % se disent pr\u00eats \u00e0 se recycler si le march\u00e9 du travail l&rsquo;exige, alors que seulement 16 % craignent que leur emploi ne disparaisse \u00e0 cause de l&rsquo;automatisation.
