En tant qu&rsquo;acteur sur ce march\u00e9 difficile, SBS Skill BuilderS veut passer au num\u00e9rique et lance une application pour aider les personnes en outplacement \u00e0 trouver un nouvel emploi plus rapidement.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le lancement de\u00a0la SkillBuilder app a pour objectif pour compl\u00e9ter et soutenir le coaching personnel et l&rsquo;accompagnement des demandeurs d&#8217;emploi. Cet outil num\u00e9rique aide le travailleur \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer son licenciement, \u00e0 mieux conna\u00eetre ses qualit\u00e9s personnelles et \u00e0 se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 chercher et \u00e0 postuler pour un emploi aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un autre employeur, le tout \u00e0 son rythme et selon ses propres besoins. <em>\u00ab Avec cette appli, nous voulons soutenir le processus d\u2019outplacement classique et par \u00e9tapes. La SkillBuilder app doit permettre\u00a0aux coachs de se concentrer de mani\u00e8re optimale sur leur t\u00e2che principale : accorder de l\u2019attention \u00e0 l\u2019impact \u00e9motionnel d&rsquo;un licenciement et \u00e0 une approche individuelle et ax\u00e9e sur l\u2019humain pendant le coaching. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>En Belgique 4,7% des demandeurs d\u2019emploi inactifs sont impliqu\u00e9s dans un programme d&rsquo;outplacement. L&rsquo;appli sert en effet aussi de canal de communication suppl\u00e9mentaire entre le coach et le coach\u00e9, par exemple en faisant office de planificateur d&rsquo;agenda et de point de contact direct avec le coach, et prend en charge une partie de la charge administrative.
