Il ressort d&rsquo;une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par le secr\u00e9tariat social Acerta que 60 % des employeurs pr\u00e9voient de proposer un budget mobilit\u00e9 \u00e0 leur personnel. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des travailleurs sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 \u00e9changer leur voiture contre de l\u2019argent, une voiture plus respectueuse de l\u2019environnement ou des vacances suppl\u00e9mentaires. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le budget mobilit\u00e9 cr\u00e9e un cadre l\u00e9gal. C\u2019est \u00e0 l\u2019employeur de d\u00e9terminer s\u2019il le propose et\/ou au travailleur de le demander ou de l\u2019accepter. Les employeurs semblent les plus enthousiastes vis-\u00e0-vis du budget mobilit\u00e9 pour les cas o\u00f9 l\u2019occupation du travailleur requiert une voiture et o\u00f9 celle-ci est donc la moins consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une voiture salariale pure. N\u00e9anmoins, dans les cas o\u00f9 la voiture fait clairement partie de la politique salariale, 56 % des employeurs estiment encore que le budget mobilit\u00e9 est une solution alternative pertinente \u00e0 proposer.<\/p>\n<p>Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des travailleurs sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 troquer la voiture contre de l\u2019argent, une plus petite voiture plus \u00e9cologique ou des vacances suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/p>\n<p>En 2018, Acerta avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 sond\u00e9 la disposition des travailleurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019une voiture salariale \u00e0 \u00e9changer celle-ci contre une voiture plus petite et les solutions alternatives qu\u2019ils envisageaient. Il s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que plus de la moiti\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux n\u2019\u00e9taient pas vraiment attach\u00e9s \u00e0 leur voiture salariale. Des solutions alternatives pouvaient en effet leur convenir. La compensation en argent obtenait un bon score (57 %), mais de nombreux travailleurs \u00e9mettaient \u00e9galement un avis positif vis-\u00e0-vis d\u2019une plus petite voiture (54 %). 52 % des travailleurs ne disaient pas non \u00e0 une compensation en jours de cong\u00e9 suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Peu convaincus toutefois de l&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat des travailleurs&#8230;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pourtant, les employeurs ont tendance \u00e0 sous-estimer les chances que leurs travailleurs abandonnent leur voiture salariale. L\u2019affinit\u00e9 pour un budget mobilit\u00e9 semble cro\u00eetre, mais seuls 10 % des employeurs croient que plus de 50 % des travailleurs pourraient \u00eatre int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par le budget mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Il faudra du temps.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le fait que 60 % des employeurs pensent proposer un budget mobilit\u00e9 et qu\u2019ils estiment que seule une minorit\u00e9 de travailleurs l\u2019acceptera en dit peut-\u00eatre plus long sur l\u2019ex\u00e9cution pratique que sur l\u2019intention du budget mobilit\u00e9. La th\u00e9orie semble en effet plus favorable que la pratique.<\/p>\n<p>Olivier Marcq, juriste chez Acerta : <em>\u00ab Vous accrocher \u00e0 ce que vous avez est plus facile. Se d\u00e9tacher de la voiture salariale demande un effort de la part de toutes les parties : l\u2019employeur doit g\u00e9rer l\u2019aspect administratif et les travailleurs doivent d\u00e9terminer comment r\u00e9gler leur mobilit\u00e9. Il faut peser le pour et le contre, ce qui demande du temps et de la motivation. Nous savons qu\u2019il existe des seuils, car l\u2019employeur ne sait pas toujours bien comment impl\u00e9menter le budget mobilit\u00e9. Informer et faciliter sont des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s.
