Toutefois, ce ne sont pas les seuls qui assurent une croissance de l\u2019occupation. Les employeurs d\u00e9j\u00e0 pr\u00e9sents sur le march\u00e9 en 2015 ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une croissance nette de l\u2019occupation de 5,84 % entre 2015 et 2018. Des entreprises des secteurs priv\u00e9s, le non-marchand, l\u2019industrie manufacturi\u00e8re et les services semblent employer le plus de personnes. Ainsi par exemple, pr\u00e8s de 8 travailleurs sur 10 actifs dans le non-marchand sont des femmes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019occupation dans les entreprises existantes a augment\u00e9 de 5,84 % ces 3 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. C\u2019est la conclusion de l\u2019entreprise de services Acerta. L\u2019entreprise a \u00e0 cette fin analys\u00e9 les statistiques du personnel de pr\u00e8s de 40 000 entreprises en Belgique actives comme employeur entre 2015 et 2018. Cette croissance du nombre de travailleurs existe dans tous les secteurs et est la moins prononc\u00e9e dans l\u2019industrie manufacturi\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Beno\u00eet Caufriez, Director Acerta Consult commente ces r\u00e9sultats: <em>\u00ab Une poursuite de la tendance de l\u2019occupation croissante ne r\u00e9soudrait tout de m\u00eame pas du jour au lendemain la p\u00e9nurie sur le march\u00e9 de travail belge. C\u2019est une constatation, aucunement une invitation \u00e0 endiguer l\u2019augmentation des occupations. Au contraire. Dans l\u2019industrie manufacturi\u00e8re \u2013 un secteur avec de nombreuses opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019occupation pour les personnes peu qualifi\u00e9es \u2013 cette augmentation aurait bien besoin d\u2019un coup de pouce. Le volume de l\u2019emploi le plus bas dans ce secteur peut sans souci \u00eatre vu comme un appel : les initiatives pour stimuler la croissance de l\u2019industrie manufacturi\u00e8re sont plus que bienvenues. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>La croissance n\u2019est certainement pas quelque chose qui ne concerne que les nouvelles entreprises et organisations. Les entreprises existantes sont \u00e9galement une importante source d\u2019occupation suppl\u00e9mentaire. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les entreprises existantes aussi doivent recevoir un soutien suffisant pour leur permettre de grandir. Les autorit\u00e9s feraient donc mieux de ne pas se concentrer uniquement sur les nouvelles entreprises.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>6,5 % d\u2019\u00e9quivalents temps plein suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>5,84 % est la croissance r\u00e9alis\u00e9e en nombre de travailleurs entre 2015 et 2018. La croissance en \u00e9quivalents temps plein (ETP) de ces entreprises est encore plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e : exprim\u00e9e en unit\u00e9s temps plein, l\u2019occupation dans les entreprises et organisations existantes a augment\u00e9 de pas moins de 6,5 % dans la p\u00e9riode concern\u00e9e.\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u00a0Dans une pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente enqu\u00eate, Acerta avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9couvert que la demande de plus de contrats \u00e0 temps plein est \u00e0 la hausse et que la dur\u00e9e du travail des contrats \u00e0 temps partiel augmente. Cette analyse le confirme. Nous r\u00e9p\u00e9tons encore une fois que les \u00ab\u00a0plus gros\u00a0\u00bb contrats sont \u00e9galement une fa\u00e7on de s\u2019attaquer \u00e0 la p\u00e9nurie sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi : si vous d\u00e9nichez des talents, optimisez-les au maximum.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le march\u00e9 du travail se f\u00e9minise, 8 travailleurs sur 10 dans le non-marchand sont des femmes.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment qui ressort des chiffres d\u2019Acerta est la f\u00e9minisation du march\u00e9 belge du travail. L\u2019augmentation de l\u2019occupation est en r\u00e8gle g\u00e9n\u00e9rale plus importante pour les femmes que les hommes. Exception faite du secteur des services.<\/p>\n<p>La croissance n\u2019est pas seulement plus importante parmi la population active f\u00e9minine, le rapport hommes-femmes penche dans certains secteurs en faveur des femmes. Dans le non-marchand, les femmes sont davantage sur-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es : pr\u00e8s de 84 % des travailleurs y est une femme, contre 16 % d\u2019hommes.<\/p>\n<p>Le secteur des services aussi emploie plus de femmes que d\u2019hommes. Il n\u2019y a que dans l\u2019industrie manufacturi\u00e8re que les hommes sont encore clairement majoritaires.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source et m\u00e9thodologie : les donn\u00e9es rassembl\u00e9es sont bas\u00e9es sur les donn\u00e9es r\u00e9elles des travailleurs au service d\u2019employeurs du secteur priv\u00e9 actifs pendant toute la p\u00e9riode de 2015 \u00e0 2018 comme employeur et qui reprennent tant des PME que des grandes entreprises.
