Ils n&rsquo;\u00e9taient que 12% dans ce cas en 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les auteurs de l&rsquo;enqu\u00eate, ce r\u00e9sultat peut traduire une \u00ab\u00a0banalisation\u00a0\u00bb de ces sujets, les salari\u00e9s h\u00e9sitant moins \u00e0 faire des demandes \u00e0 leur hi\u00e9rarchie en lien avec leurs croyances ou pratiques religieuses. Au global, un manager sur deux a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9 au moins une fois \u00e0 la question.<\/p>\n<p>Les sujets les plus fr\u00e9quents sont les demandes d&rsquo;absence pour une f\u00eate religieuse (19%), le port de signes religieux (croix, kippa, foulard, turban&#8230;) rencontr\u00e9 par 17% des personnes interrog\u00e9es et les demandes d&rsquo;am\u00e9nagement d&rsquo;horaire (12%). Plus rarement les pri\u00e8res pendant les pauses ou pendant le temps de travail, le refus de travailler avec une femme, ou le pros\u00e9lytisme.<\/p>\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;ensemble, le contexte reste apais\u00e9, notent les auteurs de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude, puisque 94% des cas rencontr\u00e9s n&rsquo;entra\u00eenent ni conflit ni blocage.
