En offrant une double formation, G4S r\u00e9pond \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution rapide du secteur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9. <em>\u00ab C&rsquo;est une situation gagnant-gagnant tant pour nos employ\u00e9s que pour nous en tant qu&rsquo;entreprise. Nous leur offrons la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l&#8217;emploi et la possibilit\u00e9 de se d\u00e9velopper professionnellement \u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Van Avermaet.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Responsabilit\u00e9 et flexibilit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le poste d&rsquo;agent de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d\u2019incendie est un travail saisonnier. Les p\u00e9riodes de septembre et d&rsquo;octobre sont des p\u00e9riodes de pic claires o\u00f9 la recherche d\u2019agents d\u2019incendie et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 passe \u00e0 la vitesse sup\u00e9rieure. La demande est particuli\u00e8rement forte dans les r\u00e9gions disposant de sites industriels comme les provinces d&rsquo;Anvers et du Limbourg ainsi que la r\u00e9gion gantoise. <em>\u00ab Les agents d\u2019incendie et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 effectuent des contr\u00f4les pr\u00e9ventifs ou des mesures de gaz dans les entreprises (p\u00e9tro)chimiques et supervisent les travaux de maintenance.\u00a0En bref, les agents d\u2019incendie et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 garantissent la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 du personnel de maintenance. Cette combinaison en fait un travail stimulant qui requiert de la responsabilit\u00e9 et de la flexibilit\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Afin de ma\u00eetriser les astuces du m\u00e9tier, les agents d\u2019incendie et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 re\u00e7oivent une formation de cinq jours sur la pr\u00e9vention des accidents, l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des situations d&rsquo;urgence et la limitation g\u00e9n\u00e9rale des risques de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les premiers cours commencent en ao\u00fbt. Plusieurs sessions seront organis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois qu&rsquo;ils auront exerc\u00e9 correctement leur fonction d&rsquo;agent de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;incendie, les gardes d\u2019incendie qui remplissent les crit\u00e8res auront la possibilit\u00e9 de commencer leur formation de gardien. A l&rsquo;issue de la formation de gardiennage, ils se verront garantir un contrat \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e dans un d\u00e9lai de quatre mois. <em>\u00ab Une personne passionn\u00e9e par le secteur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et ayant la bonne mentalit\u00e9 peut faire carri\u00e8re chez G4S via les bons conseils et la bonne formation. La diversit\u00e9 des m\u00e9tiers favorise cette politique de recrutement.
