Cette enqu\u00eate rel\u00e8ve que les mois d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 et la p\u00e9riode des vacances jouent un grand r\u00f4le dans la d\u00e9cision de pr\u00e9senter sa d\u00e9mission. Elle invite dans ses conclusions \u00e0 remplacer l\u2019\u00e9valuation annuelle par des moments de feedbacks continus tout au long de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Un rem\u00e8de \u00e0 l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 garantie?<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9parts volontaires de travailleurs ayant un contrat d\u2019emploi \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e restent encore assez exceptionnels en Belgique. Le barom\u00e8tre annuel du prestataire de services RH Securex sur la rotation du personnel fait appara\u00eetre qu\u2019en 2017 et en 2018, les travailleurs \u00e9taient toujours moins de 6% en Belgique \u00e0 quitter leur employeur de leur propre initiative. De nouvelles analyses des donn\u00e9es montrent que les travailleurs remettent le plus souvent leur d\u00e9mission durant la p\u00e9riode septembre-octobre et au mois de juillet.<\/p>\n<p>Une d\u00e9mission volontaire veut dire que le travailleur prend (ou participe) lui-m\u00eame (\u00e0) l\u2019initiative de mettre fin au contrat de travail. Ceci peut prendre la forme d\u2019une r\u00e9siliation par le travailleur (86 % de toutes les d\u00e9missions volontaires en 2018) ou par cessation de commun accord entre le travailleur et l\u2019employeur (14 %).<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>1 d\u00e9mission volontaire sur 5 est introduite en septembre ou en octobre.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Septembre et octobre repr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 eux deux 20,3 % de toutes les d\u00e9missions volontaires introduites sur une base annuelle.<\/p>\n<p>Octobre est le mois record pour les d\u00e9missions volontaires : 11,3 % des d\u00e9missions volontaires de 2018 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 introduites ce mois-l\u00e0. Juillet et septembre occupent la deuxi\u00e8me et la troisi\u00e8me place (resp. 10,5 % et 9 % des d\u00e9missions volontaires). En 2018, les employeurs ont donc \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 plus de 1 d\u00e9mission volontaire sur 5 (20,3 %) durant les deux premiers mois de l\u2019ann\u00e9e scolaire (septembre et octobre). En 2017, on \u00e9tait \u00e9galement proche de 1 sur 5 (19 %).<\/p>\n<p>Heidi Verlinden, HR Research Expert chez Securex : <em>\u00abCes r\u00e9sultats semblent indiquer que les travailleurs insatisfaits utilisent souvent les mois d&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 pour mettre les choses au clair ou pour se pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 un d\u00e9but d&rsquo;activit\u00e9 ind\u00e9pendante. Les plus rapides prennent leur d\u00e9cision en juillet et pr\u00e9sentent ensuite leur d\u00e9mission. D&rsquo;autres prennent plus de temps pour r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir et pr\u00e9sentent leur d\u00e9mission en septembre, ou apr\u00e8s un dernier entretien avec leur futur employeur, en octobre. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le poids important de la prime de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e dans la d\u00e9cision.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9cembre est le mois qui enregistre le plus de d\u00e9missions d\u2019un commun accord : 11,7 % d\u2019entre elles sont conclues en d\u00e9cembre. Ceci est souvent suivi par la fin du contrat, car en cas d\u2019accord mutuel, il est possible de convenir de ne pas prester de pr\u00e9avis. Pour un travailleur, une cessation de contrat en d\u00e9cembre est int\u00e9ressante sur le plan financier, parce qu\u2019il peut alors recevoir encore la totalit\u00e9[2] de sa prime de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e. Cependant, le fait que les principaux mois de d\u00e9mission volontaire se situent ailleurs dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e indique que cette prime de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e ne joue pas toujours un r\u00f4le pr\u00e9pond\u00e9rant.<\/p>\n<p>Diane Hulsbosch, Business Unit Director HR Consulting chez Securex : \u00ab<em> Cette enqu\u00eate montre que les responsables d\u2019\u00e9quipe ne devraient pas uniquement planifier leurs actions destin\u00e9es \u00e0 motiver leurs \u00e9quipes en d\u00e9cembre et en janvier (drink pour la nouvelle ann\u00e9e, \u00e9valuation de performance, teambuilding, etc.). C\u2019est un bon timing, car la recherche d\u2019emploi prend souvent six mois, mais cela n\u2019est pas suffisant. La motivation est en tous cas un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 continu qui exige une action sous diff\u00e9rents angles tout au long de l\u2019ann\u00e9e, avec une attention particuli\u00e8re avant et apr\u00e8s les mois d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9.\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Source : Ces r\u00e9sultats sont bas\u00e9s sur des donn\u00e9es du secr\u00e9tariat social Securex. L\u2019\u00e9chantillon se compose de 27.440 employeurs et 261.450 travailleurs.\u00a0Il ressort d\u2019une comparaison avec les donn\u00e9es de population de l\u2019ONSS que notre \u00e9chantillon refl\u00e8te le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi belge pour ce qui est du statut, du genre et de l\u2019\u00e2ge des travailleurs. L\u2019\u00e9chantillon est donc repr\u00e9sentatif pour ces variables.
