La simplicit\u00e9 et la rapidit\u00e9.<!--more--><br \/>\nCe sondage en ligne vise \u00e0 d\u00e9couvrir la principale cause du retrait pr\u00e9matur\u00e9 des demandeurs d\u2019emploi d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure de recrutement. Sa longueur est le principal motif de d\u00e9sint\u00e9r\u00eat pour 35 % des r\u00e9pondants. Ils privil\u00e9gient, en effet, des proc\u00e9dures de recrutement courtes et transparentes. Le sondage r\u00e9v\u00e8le, en outre, que 30,3 % des r\u00e9pondants se retirent de la proc\u00e9dure en raison d\u2019une mauvaise communication ou d\u2019un manque de transparence. Nous sommes d\u00e9sormais habitu\u00e9s \u00e0 obtenir des informations tout de suite, m\u00eame dans le cadre de la recherche d\u2019un emploi,\u2009\u00bb<\/em> explique Davy Ghysels, marketing director chez Hays. <em>\u00ab\u2009Les candidats pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent des proc\u00e9dures de recrutement simples et rapides. Un de nos pr\u00e9c\u00e9dents sondages avait d\u2019ailleurs d\u00e9j\u00e0 montr\u00e9 que 71 % des r\u00e9pondants ne remplissent pas un formulaire de candidature en ligne s\u2019il leur prend plus de 15 minutes. Les entreprises passent donc \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 d\u2019un nombre consid\u00e9rable de talents potentiels.\u2009\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hays souligne les cons\u00e9quences d\u2019une proc\u00e9dure de recrutement irr\u00e9fl\u00e9chie. \u00ab<em>\u2009\u00c0 l\u2019heure actuelle, un des plus grands d\u00e9fis pour les entreprises consiste \u00e0 attirer de bons candidats, ayant les bonnes comp\u00e9tences. La concurrence dans la qu\u00eate du meilleur talent est rude. Les candidats partagent aussi leurs exp\u00e9riences de la proc\u00e9dure de recrutement avec leurs pairs ou leurs proches. Une proc\u00e9dure de recrutement fluide fait par cons\u00e9quent partie int\u00e9grante d\u2019une bonne strat\u00e9gie d\u2019employer branding,\u2009\u00bb<\/em> ajoute Davy Ghysels. <em>\u00ab\u2009Les employeurs doivent d\u00e9ployer tous les moyens pour offrir aux candidats int\u00e9ress\u00e9s la meilleure exp\u00e9rience qui soit.\u2009\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019employeur a heureusement une prise sur la plupart des frustrations ressenties par les candidats. Il importe que le candidat sente qu\u2019il est une priorit\u00e9 aux yeux des recruteurs. Accusez, par exemple, toujours bonne r\u00e9ception de la candidature et veillez \u00e0 ne jamais laisser de vide dans la communication. Ne planifiez pas trop de sessions de recrutement ou d\u2019entretiens. Soyez attentif \u00e0 la dur\u00e9e du parcours de recrutement si vous ne souhaitez pas passer \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des talents dont vous avez besoin.
