Pas moins de trois quarts des organisations interrog\u00e9es ont indiqu\u00e9 que leurs collaborateurs \u00e9taient stress\u00e9s \u00e0 cause de leurs d\u00e9placements domicile-travail. Les organisations sont conscientes de l&rsquo;importance croissante que les employ\u00e9s attachent aux solutions de mobilit\u00e9 sur mesure et esp\u00e8rent accro\u00eetre la satisfaction de leur personnel en mettant en \u0153uvre un plan de mobilit\u00e9 concret.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>En collaboration avec LeasePlan et Traject, Hudson a pass\u00e9 en revue les politiques de mobilit\u00e9 de 112 organisations belges et a compil\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats et recommandations de l&rsquo;Enqu\u00eate mobilit\u00e9 2019.<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, il appara\u00eet que 38% des organisations travaillent d\u00e9j\u00e0 activement sur la probl\u00e9matique de la mobilit\u00e9 et 46% d\u00e9clarent qu&rsquo;elles font des efforts suppl\u00e9mentaires par rapport aux obligations l\u00e9gales impos\u00e9es par les pouvoirs publics.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Une attention particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Il est frappant de constater que 82% des organisations s&rsquo;engagent en faveur d&rsquo;alternatives durables pour leurs employ\u00e9s. La majorit\u00e9 se concentre sur la promotion du v\u00e9lo (parking v\u00e9lo, douches, leasing v\u00e9lo, indemnit\u00e9 kilom\u00e9trique) et des transports en commun. Environ 1\/3 des organisations encouragent \u00e9galement les transports collectifs organis\u00e9s en pariant sur le covoiturage ou la mise sur pied d\u2019un bus d&rsquo;entreprise. Par ailleurs, environ la moiti\u00e9 des entreprises d\u00e9clarent organiser r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des actions internes pour sensibiliser leurs collaborateurs \u00e0 la mobilit\u00e9. Dans un tiers des organisations, un coordinateur mobilit\u00e9 a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9 pour guider la politique de mobilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La r\u00e9num\u00e9ration comme levier.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De plus en plus d&rsquo;organisations traduisent \u00e9galement leurs ambitions en termes de mobilit\u00e9 durable dans leurs plans de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration, afin de renforcer leur politique de mobilit\u00e9. Cela peut se faire, par exemple, par le d\u00e9ploiement d&rsquo;un plan de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration flexible, dans lequel l&rsquo;organisation choisit de rendre plus avantageuses les options de mobilit\u00e9 durable dans le plan caf\u00e9t\u00e9ria. L&rsquo;introduction du budget mobilit\u00e9, en vigueur depuis le printemps 2019, est un autre moyen d&rsquo;inciter les collaborateurs \u00e0 la durabilit\u00e9. Dans certains cas, cela permet aux salari\u00e9s de restituer leur voiture de fonction et de la transformer en budget annuel, ce qui leur permet de choisir et de financer leurs propres moyens de d\u00e9placement durable : par exemple, une voiture \u00a0\u00bb plus verte \u00ab\u00a0, combin\u00e9e avec les transports publics ou un v\u00e9lo partag\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des organisations interrog\u00e9es ont indiqu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;elles souhaitaient introduire le budget mobilit\u00e9 dans un d\u00e9lai de trois ans. 18 % ont dit qu&rsquo;elles voulaient le faire d&rsquo;ici cinq ans.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Toujours<span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">\u00a0plus &lsquo;green&rsquo;.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Une autre tendance frappante est perceptible dans les flottes de la plupart des organisations. Outre les voitures diesel et \u00e0 essence, pas moins de 70 % des entreprises proposent \u00e9galement des alternatives telles que des voitures \u00e9lectriques, des voitures hybrides, des voitures au CNG ou au LPG. Environ la moiti\u00e9 des organisations r\u00e9compensent m\u00eame le choix d\u2019une voiture durable, en accordant un avantage financier. La moiti\u00e9 des organisations interrog\u00e9es abordent la question des \u00e9missions de CO2 dans leur politique de mobilit\u00e9. D&rsquo;ici 2021, 1\/5\u00e8me des organisations souhaitent r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions de CO2 \u00e0 100g\/km.
