Les raisons de cet agacement sont multiples : trop peu de d\u00e9cisions (28%), reprise de discussions qu\u2019on croyait cl\u00f4tur\u00e9es (21%) ou arriv\u00e9e tardive de certains participants (19%). <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Une r\u00e9union o\u00f9 vos coll\u00e8gues semblent n\u2019avoir d\u2019yeux que pour leur smartphone. O\u00f9 aucune d\u00e9cision n\u2019est prise. O\u00f9 les plus assertifs monopolisent le temps de parole. Ces situations vous semblent famili\u00e8res ? Vous n\u2019\u00eates pas le seul. Pr\u00e8s des trois quarts des travailleurs belges francophones d\u00e9clarent regretter l\u2019absence de \u2018culture de la r\u00e9union\u2019 dans leur entreprise ou organisation.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Quel est le top 12 de leurs motifs de frustration ?<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1. Trop peu de d\u00e9cisions concr\u00e8tes sont prises (28%)<br \/>\n2. De vieux d\u00e9bats sont remis sur la table (21%)<br \/>\n3. Certains participants arrivent en retard (19%)<br \/>\n4. Les participants sont trop passifs et ne s\u2019impliquent pas (19%)<br \/>\n5. La communication se d\u00e9roule \u00e0 sens unique. On n\u2019a pas voix au chapitre (18%)<br \/>\n6. Les participants font \u2018autre chose\u2019 pendant la r\u00e9union (15%)<br \/>\n7. Les participants n\u2019ont pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9 la r\u00e9union (14%)<br \/>\n8. Je suis invit\u00e9 \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions hors du cadre de ma fonction (13%)<br \/>\n9. Il y a trop de bruit (12%)<br \/>\n10. La r\u00e9union n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9par\u00e9e (12%)<br \/>\n11. Les d\u00e9cisions prises ne sont pas consign\u00e9es par \u00e9crit (11%)<br \/>\n12. Personne n\u2019est d\u00e9sign\u00e9 pour diriger la r\u00e9union (5%)<\/p>\n<p>Sophie Henrion, porte-parole de Protime: <em>\u00ab L\u00e0 o\u00f9 les r\u00e9unions devraient engendrer une optimisation de la qualit\u00e9 du travail, elles se r\u00e9v\u00e8lent \u00eatre une \u00e9norme perte de temps. Pas moins de 42% des travailleurs belges francophones subissent les pertes de temps imputables \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions inutiles. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Compte tenu de ces frustrations, il n\u2019est pas \u00e9tonnant que 44% des r\u00e9pondants consid\u00e8rent qu\u2019il faut absolument accro\u00eetre l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des r\u00e9unions dans leur entreprise. Quelque 39% ne sont pas m\u00e9contents des r\u00e9unions dans leur organisation, mais estiment malgr\u00e9 tout qu\u2019il y a moyen de faire mieux.<\/p>\n<p>Cette tendance commence \u00e0 porter ses fruits. Plus de 4 r\u00e9pondants sur 5 (81%) font valoir que des initiatives ont \u00e9t\u00e9 prises pour am\u00e9liorer les choses. Ils citent : l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019un meilleur planning (17%), l\u2019organisation d\u2019une r\u00e9union seulement lorsque sa finalit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 clairement d\u00e9finie (16%), ou l\u2019\u00e9tablissement d\u2019une liste de points d\u2019action concrets (16%).<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab De multiples am\u00e9liorations sont possibles \u00bb<\/em>, conclut Sophie Henrion. <em>\u00ab Il faut fixer clairement l\u2019objectif de la r\u00e9union, consigner par \u00e9crit les d\u00e9cisions prises et communiquer a posteriori les points de l\u2019ordre du jour \u00e0 tous les participants. Si l\u2019on respecte ces quelques principes, les r\u00e9unions ne seront plus une perte de temps \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>M\u00e9thodologie &#8211; Cette \u00e9tude a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e via internet par le bureau d\u2019\u00e9tudes MarktEffect pour le compte de Protime. Quelque 1.023 travailleurs francophones belges ont r\u00e9pondu au questionnaire entre le 5 et le 19 septembre 2018. Ces r\u00e9pondants composent un \u00e9chantillon repr\u00e9sentatif de la population active de la Belgique francophone. Ils sont \u00e2g\u00e9s de 18 \u00e0 65 ans et se r\u00e9partissent \u00e9quitablement entre tous les secteurs.
