De plus en plus de travailleurs exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s font le choix de l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance en devenant int\u00e9rim managers en Belgique. Une d\u00e9cision qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la demande croissante (+10%) \u00e9mergeant de nos entreprises.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ces candidats r\u00e9pondent \u00e0 une demande des entreprises : au cours de la derni\u00e8re ann\u00e9e, le bureau de recrutement Robert Half a constat\u00e9 une hausse d\u2019environ 10% du recours aux int\u00e9rim managers en Belgique.<br \/>\nLes employeurs misent de plus en plus sur les employ\u00e9s temporaires pour r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques et l\u2019int\u00e9rim management fait figure d\u2019exemple en la mati\u00e8re : <em>\u00abLes besoins des entreprises ont beaucoup chang\u00e9. L\u2019int\u00e9rim management ne se limite plus \u00e0 la gestion de crise, mais s&rsquo;applique \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements de l&rsquo;entreprise et \u00e0 des fins diverses. C\u2019est devenu une d\u00e9cision strat\u00e9gique consciente. \u00bb<\/em> explique Tom Verret, Associate Director chez Robert Half Management Resources.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019int\u00e9rim management permet aux entreprises d\u2019innover, de rester productives et de se montrer flexibles face \u00e0 l\u2019hypersp\u00e9cialisation de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre et un march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi satur\u00e9. <em>\u00ab Cette forme de management offre de nombreux avantages : un int\u00e9rim manager dispose d&rsquo;une p\u00e9riode de familiarisation tr\u00e8s courte et peut \u00eatre d\u00e9ploy\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement, ce qui a une influence positive sur la continuit\u00e9 des processus de l&rsquo;entreprise. De plus, les int\u00e9rim managers apportent leur expertise du m\u00e9tier \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise pour laquelle ils travaillent, ce qui repr\u00e9sente une valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 long terme \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Selon une \u00e9tude ind\u00e9pendante de RH, les int\u00e9rim managers sont le plus souvent d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour g\u00e9rer des projets (35 %), superviser la transformation d\u2019une entreprise (31 %) et garantir la continuit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 (23 %). Par ailleurs, autrefois assez limit\u00e9 au secteur financier, l\u2019int\u00e9rim management gagne du terrain dans diff\u00e9rents d\u00e9partements de l&rsquo;entreprise : services informatiques, direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, finance, d\u00e9partement juridique, ressources humaines, supply chain &amp; procurement, ventes et marketing.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un statut r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux profils seniors ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Si le profil d\u2019int\u00e9rim manager \u00e9tait auparavant r\u00e9serv\u00e9 \u00e0 des profils s\u00e9niors, voire \u00e0 des dirigeants en fin de carri\u00e8re, il s\u2019applique d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 tous les niveaux de s\u00e9niorit\u00e9. La flexibilit\u00e9 s\u00e9duit de plus en plus de travailleurs et il n\u2019est plus question d\u2019une solution de secours : <em>\u00ab De plus en plus de personnes choisissent d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment de travailler en tant que free-lance. Elles ont ainsi plus de choix et de contr\u00f4le sur les projets qu&rsquo;elles r\u00e9alisent, ainsi que sur la mani\u00e8re de travailler, le lieu et la quantit\u00e9 de travail. Ceci, combin\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;esprit d&rsquo;entreprise qui pr\u00e9vaut, signifie que de plus en plus de managers font consciemment le choix d&rsquo;offrir leur expertise aux entreprises par int\u00e9rim \u00bb.<\/em> Les missions de ces int\u00e9rim managers se prolongent et ne sont plus uniquement op\u00e9rationnelles, mais aussi de plus en plus strat\u00e9giques.
