Ces organisations entendent sensibiliser les entreprises aux d\u00e9fis qui vont de pair avec la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration au travail apr\u00e8s le cancer (du sein). Le cancer du sein est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement bouleversant. Reprendre le travail apr\u00e8s le traitement et la convalescence n\u2019a, h\u00e9las, rien d\u2019une \u00e9vidence. Mieke, experte en v\u00e9cu, donne trois pr\u00e9cieux conseils.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le congr\u00e8s vise \u00e0 faire le point sur les meilleures pratiques en mati\u00e8re de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration au travail apr\u00e8s une absence de longue dur\u00e9e due \u00e0 la maladie (en l\u2019occurrence, le cancer). Il s\u2019adresse aux responsables RH et aux Disability Managers, mais aussi aux entrepreneurs ind\u00e9pendants, aux m\u00e9decins (du travail) et aux \u00e9tudiants en Disability Management. Le Pink Monday Congress accueillera des orateurs de premier plan comme le Prof. Dr Elke Van Hoof (professeure \u00e0 la VUB et psychologue clinique), le Dr Saskia Decuman (Expert Research &amp; Development INAMI), Cindy Dewitte (directrice des ressources humaines chez Multipharma), An Aelbrecht (General Manager Unique Belgium et psychologue du travail), le Dr Kristel Knops (m\u00e9decin du travail Mensura), le Dr Huget D\u00e9siron (CEO ACT-Desiron) et certains experts du v\u00e9cu.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pink Monday : se sentir \u00e0 nouveau comme un poisson dans l\u2019eau<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Une femme sur neuf sera touch\u00e9e par le cancer du sein \u00e0 un moment de sa vie. Nous connaissons tous une personne touch\u00e9e par cette cruelle maladie : un proche, une amie, une coll\u00e8gue\u2026 Si nous savons que la maladie frappe autour de nous, nous ignorons toutefois souvent comment y r\u00e9agir. Avec l\u2019initiative Pink Monday, Pink Ribbon ambitionne de faciliter la r\u00e9int\u00e9gration au travail apr\u00e8s le cancer (du sein). Ce premier lundi de retour au travail requiert, en effet, \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de courage et d\u2019\u00e9nergie. La compr\u00e9hension et le soutien des autres simplifient le retour. Pink Ribbon organise chaque ann\u00e9e la campagne Pink Monday afin de sensibiliser les entreprises aux d\u00e9fis du \u00ab\u2009premier jour de travail\u2009\u00bb. C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment \u00e0 ce moment que le soutien et la compr\u00e9hension des coll\u00e8gues s\u2019av\u00e8rent cruciaux.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019agence d\u2019int\u00e9rim Unique est un fid\u00e8le partenaire de Pink Ribbon depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0 et apporte son appui \u00e0 la campagne Pink Monday. An Aelbrecht (General Manager d\u2019Unique Belgium) :\u00a0<em>\u00ab\u2009Nonante pour cent de nos collaborateurs sont des femmes et nous avons, h\u00e9las, d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des coll\u00e8gues qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9s par le cancer du sein. Nous appliquons un plan par \u00e9tapes pour r\u00e9int\u00e9grer les malades de longue dur\u00e9e. Tout commence par une conversation entre la collaboratrice, son manager et un responsable RH. Nous cherchons un travail adapt\u00e9, des horaires ad\u00e9quats et un autre agencement des prestations\u2026 Cette approche diff\u00e8re d\u2019une personne \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Chaque parcours de r\u00e9int\u00e9gration est unique. Il n\u2019existe pas de solution uniforme et pr\u00eate \u00e0 l\u2019emploi pour tout le monde\u2009\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s 10 ans de carri\u00e8re en RH et en communication aupr\u00e8s de nombreuses PME, Mieke Vanhuyse et son mari ont lanc\u00e9 leur propre entreprise, en 2009 : Revive. L\u2019organisation donne une seconde vie \u00e0 des sites industriels pollu\u00e9s en les transformant en espaces de vie durables au c\u0153ur de la ville. Mieke a re\u00e7u un diagnostic de cancer du sein le 1er septembre 2016. 20 semaines de chimioth\u00e9rapie, une intervention chirurgicale et 33 irradiations quotidiennes ont suivi. Forte de sa double casquette d\u2019employeur et de patiente, elle souhaite partager 3 conseils :<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Une absence\u2009? Ce n\u2019est pas la mort\u2026<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nMaintenez le contact si vous \u00eates coll\u00e8gue ou employeur d\u2019une patiente. Il est crucial de pr\u00e9server le contact et que le travailleur reste au courant de ce qui se passe dans l\u2019entreprise. La r\u00e9int\u00e9gration se d\u00e9roulera ainsi beaucoup plus harmonieusement et la personne continuera \u00e0 se sentir impliqu\u00e9e, ce qui stimulera son \u00ab\u2009envie\u2009\u00bb de lutter pendant le traitement et de retrouver son lieu de travail.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Communiquez\u2009!<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nAssurez une communication ouverte sur la maladie et le traitement avec votre coll\u00e8gue. Si chacun sait en quoi consiste le cancer, chacun en comprendra mieux les effets secondaires lors du retour de la personne concern\u00e9e. Ouvrez le d\u00e9bat sur le cancer et osez vous profiler comme une organisation vuln\u00e9rable, car la maladie peut toucher chacun.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Fixez de nouvelles limites<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nLe patient ne souhaite rien d\u2019autre que le retour \u00e0 une vie \u00ab\u2009normale\u2009\u00bb et \u00e0 son environnement de travail familier. C\u2019est toutefois souvent plus facile \u00e0 dire qu\u2019\u00e0 faire. Le patient doit d\u00e9couvrir lui-m\u00eame le meilleur rythme de reprise et quelles t\u00e2ches sont plus difficiles \u00e0 effectuer. Ne mettez pas la personne sous pression pour qu\u2019elle reprenne le plus vite possible \u00e0 temps plein.
