Salvatore Curaba, CEO de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, a re\u00e7u le prix des mains d\u2019Elio Di Rupo, Ministre-Pr\u00e9sident du Gouvernement wallon. EASI succ\u00e8de ainsi \u00e0 Easyfairs, le laur\u00e9at de 2018.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pendant la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie officielle \u00e0 l\u2019Auditorium 2000 au Heysel, le prix de la \u2018Scale-up de l\u2019Ann\u00e9e\u2019 2019 a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9. C\u2019est la scale-up n\u00e9olouvaniste CluePoints qui s\u2019est vue remettre ce titre de jeune entreprise francophone belge en plein essor. CluePoints remporte ainsi la 7\u00e8me \u00e9dition de ce prix et succ\u00e8de \u00e0 Newpharma \u00e0 ce titre. Willy Borsus, Vice-Pr\u00e9sident et Ministre de l\u2019Economie du Gouvernement wallon a remis le troph\u00e9e \u00e0 Fran\u00e7ois Torche, CEO de CluePoints. Les autres nomin\u00e9s pour ce troph\u00e9e prestigieux \u00e9taient : Eura Nova, proUnity et Qualifio.<\/p>\n<p>EY organise l\u2019\u00e9lection de \u2018L\u2019Entreprise de l\u2019Ann\u00e9e\u00ae\u2019 depuis 1996 avec pour but de r\u00e9compenser des entreprises de la Belgique francophone qui se distinguent par leur approche innovatrice, leur internationalisation, leur esprit d\u2019entreprendre, leur vision strat\u00e9gique, leur sant\u00e9 financi\u00e8re et leur t\u00e9nacit\u00e9 en toutes circonstances. EY organise ce prix partout dans le monde o\u00f9 il est pr\u00e9sent, soit plus de 150 pays. Gagner ce prix, c\u2019est donc faire partie du r\u00e9seau des entreprises mondiales qui gagnent.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab EASI est une entreprise d&rsquo;innovation, mais pas seulement par ses produits et services. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 se distingue par son mode de management participatif mis en place d\u00e8s les d\u00e9buts. Cette entreprise cr\u00e9\u00e9e en 1999 s&rsquo;est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e tr\u00e8s rapidement en Belgique et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger en se basant sur un style de management innovant. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, 100% des actionnaires d\u2019EASI sont des collaborateurs (employ\u00e9s et managers), au total 43 actionnaires physiques. Tout employ\u00e9 peut prendre une part dans le capital de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9, et ce sous certaines conditions. EASI est un groupe qui emploie aujourd\u2019hui plus de 200 personnes. Le jury a ainsi voulu montrer le soutien des entrepreneurs et des industriels aux entreprises en croissance, \u00e9thiques de par leur gestion participative et leur partage progressif du pouvoir et des r\u00e9sultats avec leurs dirigeants et employ\u00e9s. Et c&rsquo;est une \u00e9quipe de managers fid\u00e8les \u00e0 l&rsquo;entrepreneur qui a cr\u00e9\u00e9 EASI qui anime le d\u00e9veloppement et l&rsquo;innovation de cette entreprise technologique \u00bb,<\/em> souligne le pr\u00e9sident du jury, Laurent Levaux.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Le prix de \u2018L\u2019Entreprise de l\u2019Ann\u00e9e\u00ae\u2019 r\u00e9compense depuis 24 ans la cr\u00e8me de la cr\u00e8me de<\/em>\u00a0<em>l\u2019entrepreneuriat belge. Les finalistes \u00e9tant tous \u00e0 la pointe dans leur domaine, la comp\u00e9tition<\/em>\u00a0<em>\u00e9tait particuli\u00e8rement f\u00e9roce. En nommant EASI, le jury r\u00e9compense \u00e9videmment la belle<\/em>\u00a0<em>croissance de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 mais aussi son mod\u00e8le d\u2019entreprise innovant, son style de management\u00a0bas\u00e9 sur le management participatif et sur la \u2018performance dans le bonheur\u2019. De plus, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u00a0nivelloise, qui est un pilier du monde de l\u2019entrepreunariat wallon, a d\u00e9montr\u00e9 son esprit\u00a0d\u2019entreprendre, sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019internationalisation, d\u2019innovation ainsi que la comp\u00e9tence de ses\u00a0\u00e9quipes. Avec ce prix, nous esp\u00e9rons que ce mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9ussite deviendra une source\u00a0d\u2019inspiration pour les entreprises, les managers et les business schools du pays.
