Thierry le chatbot, ainsi d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 en hommage \u00e0 Thierry Claeys, inventeur de la grille \u00e9ponyme, a pour mission de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 vos questions sur le licenciement sans que vous ayez \u00e0 attendre le moindre instant.<\/p>\n

L\u2019imm\u00e9diatet\u00e9 est devenue un must. Les entreprises n\u2019y \u00e9chappent pas et cela vaut bien \u00e9videmment aussi pour des questions complexes comme celles que peuvent susciter les licenciements. Les clients veulent d\u00e9sormais un feedback en temps r\u00e9el, une r\u00e9ponse imm\u00e9diate, sans plus attendre. Or, ce besoin ne peut \u00eatre pleinement satisfait qu’\u00e0 l’aide d’ordinateurs, en d\u2019autres mots, par des chatbots. L\u2019innovation technologique au service des clients<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Le 15 juin dernier, Claeys & Engels innovait d\u00e9j\u00e0 en lan\u00e7ant un chatbot sur les \u00e9lections sociales (www.socialelections.be<\/a>). En moins de 3 mois, ce chatbot a aid\u00e9 plus de 815 personnes. Il existait d\u00e9j\u00e0 plusieurs lexiques, sites web, blogs, … sur les \u00e9lections sociales. Pourtant, il s’est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que beaucoup d’entreprises continuaient \u00e0 se poser bon nombre de questions.<\/p>\n

\u00ab\u00a0Outre le fait que les gens souhaitent une information imm\u00e9diate, beaucoup n’ont pas envie de parcourir des informations d\u00e9taill\u00e9es ou lire de longs textes\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Dries Wijnen, co-fondateur de Lawren.io. \u00ab\u00a0Les chatbots aident \u00e0 structurer l’information et \u00e0 la rendre disponible rapidement et de mani\u00e8re interactive. R\u00e9pondre aux questions relatives au licenciement<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Fort de ce succ\u00e8s, Claeys & Engels et Lawren.io lancent \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent un nouveau chatbot en mati\u00e8re de licenciement. Le chatbot d\u00e9nomm\u00e9 Thierry, du nom de Thierry Claeys, p\u00e8re fondateur du cabinet et cr\u00e9ateur de la c\u00e9l\u00e8bre grille Claeys utilis\u00e9e pendant des ann\u00e9es pour d\u00e9finir les pr\u00e9avis de licenciement et qui donnait, avant l’introduction du statut unique en 2014, une pr\u00e9vision statistique du d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9avis qu\u2019accorderaient les juridictions du travail, soit l’intelligence artificielle avant la lettre.<\/p>\n

L’innovation de ce chatbot est d\u2019offrir en un clic une r\u00e9ponse rapide et pertinente aux questions relatives aux modalit\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques de licenciement.<\/p>\n
