Dans la politique RH actuelle, les notions &lsquo;d&rsquo;apprentissage&rsquo; et de &lsquo;formation&rsquo; sont des facteurs importants, de sorte que le travailleur embauch\u00e9 aujourd&rsquo;hui dispose encore de bonnes comp\u00e9tences d&rsquo;ici 2030. Mais chacun doit demeurer ouvert \u00e0 l&rsquo;apprentissage permanent et \u00e0 la souplesse toujours accrue que l&rsquo;on attend de lui. L&rsquo;IA en consomme une quantit\u00e9 astronomique, et celles ensuite g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es ne sont pas toujours objectives. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Il y a souvent des \u00e9l\u00e9ments subjectifs tir\u00e9s de s\u00e9lections ou d&rsquo;entretiens d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation ant\u00e9rieurs\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, explique Mieke De Ketelaere, sp\u00e9cialiste IA du centre de recherche Imec.<\/p>\n<p>Et que se passera-t-il dans quelques ann\u00e9es, lorsque l&rsquo;utilisateur d\u00e9cidera quelles donn\u00e9es priv\u00e9es pr\u00e9senter \u00e0 telle ou telle entreprise, et ce qu&rsquo;elles pourront en faire\u2009? La quantit\u00e9 de donn\u00e9es pourrait diminuer. Mais selon Mieke De Ketelaere, c&rsquo;est justement la bonne fa\u00e7on d&rsquo;exploiter plus judicieusement l&rsquo;intelligence artificielle dans le champ des ressources humaines et du bien-\u00eatre. Selon lui, les entreprises se concentrent beaucoup trop sur la num\u00e9risation de l&rsquo;interaction avec le client, alors qu&rsquo;au contraire, elle doit \u00eatre &lsquo;humanis\u00e9e&rsquo;.
