Pr\u00e8s des deux tiers (63 %) des employ\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 ce que les employeurs exploitent les gains en rentabilit\u00e9 offerts par la technologie d\u2019automatisation pour les r\u00e9investir en faveur de leurs employ\u00e9s et de la collectivit\u00e9.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Le rapport sur l\u2019avenir du travail, (Future of Work) fruit du travail de recherche et de r\u00e9daction d\u2019Arup, explore la fa\u00e7on dont la technologie va fa\u00e7onner nos emplois, et le r\u00f4le central que joueront la collaboration et la durabilit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les employ\u00e9s, c\u2019est aux employeurs qu\u2019il incombe d\u2019utiliser le pouvoir de la technologie comme une force de changement positif au travail et au-del\u00e0. Un sondage venant appuyer ce rapport, men\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s 3 000 travailleurs europ\u00e9ens r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les trois quarts (74 %) d\u2019entre eux croient qu\u2019\u00e0 mesure que la technologie am\u00e9liore et automatise les t\u00e2ches, les employeurs doivent donner \u00e0 leur personnel les moyens d\u2019atteindre un meilleur \u00e9quilibre entre travail et vie priv\u00e9e. De plus, pr\u00e8s des deux tiers (63 %) s&rsquo;attendent \u00e0 ce que les employeurs exploitent les gains en rentabilit\u00e9 offerts par la technologie d\u2019automatisation pour les r\u00e9investir en faveur de leurs employ\u00e9s et de la collectivit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Les deux tiers (65 %) des travailleurs europ\u00e9ens attendent de leurs employeurs qu\u2019ils fassent partie de la solution pour les probl\u00e8mes de soci\u00e9t\u00e9 comme le changement climatique et les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s. D\u2019autre part, 28 % d\u2019entre eux seraient pr\u00eats \u00e0 accepter une diminution de salaire de 10% pour pouvoir travailler pour un employeur engag\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes soci\u00e9taux.<\/p>\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tout, la majorit\u00e9 des travailleurs sont sceptiques quant aux intentions de leur employeur. Les deux tiers (65 %) pensent que les entreprises utiliseront la technologie pour augmenter leurs profits et supprimer des emplois.<\/p>\n<p>Le rapport sur l\u2019avenir du travail analyse plus de 100 sources, afin de r\u00e9unir la meilleure r\u00e9flexion ainsi que des cas d\u2019utilisation sur la fa\u00e7on dont la technologie fa\u00e7onnera l\u2019emploi. Il constate que la technologie entretiendra de nouveaux modes de collaboration entre les humains, entre les humains et les machines, et entre les machines et d&rsquo;autres machines (l\u2019automatisation).<\/p>\n<p>Il conclut que l\u2019automatisation et la technologie d\u00e9termineront les priorit\u00e9s des entreprises, mais il estime que le r\u00f4le des humains dans le travail demeurera essentiel pour que les entreprises op\u00e8rent de fa\u00e7on durable. En fin de compte, la technologie lib\u00e8rera les travailleurs des t\u00e2ches laborieuses pour qu\u2019ils se concentrent sur des travaux plus profitables et gratifiants, et permettra aux entreprises de r\u00e9investir dans des contributions plus positives pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Gr\u00e2ce au cloud, l\u2019intelligence artificielle, la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 mixte et la robotique, une vaste gamme de technologies va changer notre fa\u00e7on de travailler dans les 10 prochaines ann\u00e9es,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> explique Eric Gryson, CEO Ricoh Belgium Luxembourg. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les organisations doivent prendre des d\u00e9cisions judicieuses et adopter la technologie qui correspond \u00e0 leurs besoins. Mais la technologie n&rsquo;est pas une solution miracle ou un substitut aux travailleurs &#8211; ceux-ci resteront essentiels \u00e0 la force de travail de l&rsquo;avenir.\u00a0<\/em><em>La collaboration et la durabilit\u00e9 doivent \u00eatre au centre de l\u2019entreprise moderne. Les individus attendent des employeurs qu\u2019ils donnent l\u2019exemple et contribuent de mani\u00e8re plus positive aux collectivit\u00e9s dans lesquelles ils op\u00e8rent. La collaboration est essentielle \u00e0 la lutte contre les grands probl\u00e8mes auxquels nous faisons face dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 moderne &#8211; elle ne peut pas \u00eatre laiss\u00e9e aux seuls pouvoirs publics et aux organisations sans but lucratif.
