Il s\u2019agit de 105.030 allocations pour le cr\u00e9dit-temps (42,7%), 88.870 pour les cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques (36,2%) et 51.931 allocations (21,1%) pour l\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re. Presque 2\/3 des allocations dans le cadre du cr\u00e9dit-temps et de l\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re (97.348 unit\u00e9s, c.-\u00e0-d. 62,0%) concernent les syst\u00e8mes des fins de carri\u00e8re, par lesquels des travailleurs \u00e2g\u00e9s peuvent all\u00e9ger leur r\u00e9gime de travail avant leur pension afin de pouvoir rester plus longtemps au travail. Les cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques concernent pour plus que 3\/4 le cong\u00e9 parental (69.295 unit\u00e9s, c.-\u00e0-d. 78,0%).<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour le cr\u00e9dit-temps et l&rsquo;interruption de carri\u00e8re, on note des diminutions de respectivement 4.637 et 5.343 unit\u00e9s (c.-\u00e0-d. -4,2% et -9,3%). Concernant le cr\u00e9dit-temps, il faut tenir compte de la suppression du droit \u00e0 un cr\u00e9dit-temps non motiv\u00e9 depuis le 1er avril 2017. L\u2019\u00e9volution de l\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re est quant-\u00e0-elle influenc\u00e9e par l\u2019introduction du \u201czorgkrediet\u201d (cr\u00e9dit de soins) pour les fonctionnaires du secteur public flamand depuis le 2 septembre 2016, apr\u00e8s que la comp\u00e9tence pour cette mati\u00e8re ait \u00e9t\u00e9 transf\u00e9r\u00e9e au niveau r\u00e9gional dans la cadre de la Sixi\u00e8me r\u00e9forme de l\u2019Etat.<\/p>\n<p>Le nombre d\u2019allocations pour les cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques augmente par contre de 6,2% (+5.174 unit\u00e9s). Le cong\u00e9 parental, le plus grand groupe des cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques, \u00e9volue de +4.537 unit\u00e9s ou +7,0% sur une base annuelle. Pour les r\u00e9gimes moins \u00e9tendus des cong\u00e9s pour assistance m\u00e9dicale et pour soins palliatifs, on note des \u00e9volutions de respectivement +638 et -1 unit\u00e9s, c.-\u00e0-d. +3,4% et -0,3%.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>La diminution du r\u00e9gime de travail d\u20191\/5 repr\u00e9sente 65,9% des allocations d\u2019interruption.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La majorit\u00e9 des allocations d\u2019interruption concerne une diminution du r\u00e9gime de travail d\u20191\/5: 162.024 unit\u00e9s, c.\u00e0.d. 65,9%. L\u2019interruption d\u2019 1\/5 est surtout populaire en cr\u00e9dit-temps. Il s\u2019agit ici de 78.533 (74,8%) des cas par rapport \u00e0 55.803 (62,8%) pour les cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques et 27.688 (53,3%) pour l\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re.<\/p>\n<p>Le nombre d\u2019interruptions \u00e0 plein temps est par contre plus limit\u00e9: il s\u2019agit de 19.235 ou 7,8% des cas (4.204 ou 4,0% pour le cr\u00e9dit-temps, 12.870 ou 14,5% pour les cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques et 2.161 ou 4,2% pour l\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re).<\/p>\n<p>Le nombre d\u2019allocataires avec une interruption compl\u00e8te de carri\u00e8re augmente cependant en septembre 2019 de 1,2% sur une base annuelle (+227) tandis que les interruptions de 1\/5 du temps de travail diminuent de 2,2% (-3.626).<br \/>\nLe nombre d\u2019allocataires avec une interruption d\u20191\/10, le nouveau r\u00e9gime dans le cadre du cong\u00e9 parental, s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 2.652.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>R\u00e9partition selon le sexe et la r\u00e9gion<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ce sont davantage les femmes qui prennent les r\u00e9gimes de cr\u00e9dit-temps, de cong\u00e9 th\u00e9matique ou de l\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re. En septembre 2019 il s\u2019agit de 159.651 allocataires f\u00e9minins (64,9%) contre 86.180 allocataires masculins (35,1%). En outre, c\u2019est surtout en R\u00e9gion flamande qu\u2019on utilise le cr\u00e9dit-temps, les cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques et l\u2019interruption de carri\u00e8re: en septembre 2019, il s\u2019agit de 173.772 allocataires (70,7%) contre 60.729 en R\u00e9gion wallonne et 11.330 en R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale (respectivement 24,7% et 4,6%).<\/p>\n<p>Pour conclure, il convient encore de faire remarquer que pour avoir une image compl\u00e8te des interruptions, la pr\u00e9sentation ci-dessus des allocations d\u2019interruption exige encore deux compl\u00e9ments. En premier lieu, il convient de signaler qu\u2019il y a aussi un grand nombre d\u2019interruptions pour lesquelles l\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9 ne re\u00e7oit pas d\u2019allocation de l\u2019ONEM. En septembre 2019, il s\u2019agit de 16.211 interruptions sans allocation (dont 9.666 dans le cadre du cr\u00e9dit-temps, 5.569 en cong\u00e9s th\u00e9matiques et 976 en interruption de carri\u00e8re).<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, l\u2019\u00e9volution du nombre d\u2019interruptions indemnis\u00e9es au cours du mois diverge parfois tr\u00e8s fort de l\u2019\u00e9volution du nombre de demandes introduites aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019ONEM. Ces demandes peuvent aussi porter sur de courtes p\u00e9riodes durant le mois ou sur des p\u00e9riodes ult\u00e9rieures au mois consid\u00e9r\u00e9.
