Ce sont principalement les PME de Flandre occidentale qui s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une expansion ralentie de leur personnel : 13,6% d\u2019entre elles craignent en effet une diminution de leur propre recrutement en Belgique en raison de la sortie du Royaume Uni de l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne.<\/p>\n<p>Vassilios Skarlidis, Directeur R\u00e9gional PME chez SD Worx pr\u00e9cise : <em>\u00ab En moyenne, pr\u00e8s de 6 % d\u00e9clarent s\u2019attendre \u00e0 une diminution de leur propre emploi \u00e0 la suite du Brexit. En Flandre occidentale, ce pourcentage est plus de deux fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9, puisqu&rsquo;il atteint pr\u00e8s de quatorze pour cent (13,6 %). Peu de PME s\u2019attendent \u00e0 un effet positif sur leur taux d\u2019emploi en Belgique : seules les PME wallonnes sont un peu plus optimistes quant \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation des emplois belges \u00e0 la suite du Brexit (3,6 % contre 1,6 % en moyenne). La taille de l\u2019organisation joue aussi un r\u00f4le : les attentes de diminution de l\u2019emploi en Belgique en raison du Brexit sont les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es parmi les PME comptant de 20 \u00e0 50 travailleurs, avec pr\u00e8s de 10 % \u00bb.<\/em><br \/>\n\ufffc<br \/>\n<em>\ufffc\u00ab \u00c0 premi\u00e8re vue, il semble rassurant que nos PME estiment actuellement que l\u2019impact sera plut\u00f4t limit\u00e9. Ceci peut \u00eatre expliqu\u00e9 par l\u2019incertitude quant au calendrier effectif pour la sortie du Royaume Uni de l\u2019UE. En Flandre occidentale, en revanche, une PME sur sept craint d\u00e9j\u00e0 que le Brexit aura un impact sur la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emploi domestique. C\u2019est pr\u00e9occupant \u00bb<\/em>, expose Vassilios Skarlidis, Directeur R\u00e9gional PME chez SD Worx au vu des chiffres. <em>\u00ab Les entreprises se concentrent d\u2019abord sur la prestation de services vis-\u00e0-vis des clients : les droits de douane, les tarifs, la logistique, la TVA. Les affaires du personnel sont ainsi rel\u00e9gu\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019arri\u00e8re-plan ; pourtant, l\u2019emploi domestique et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger m\u00e9rite aussi d\u2019\u00eatre analys\u00e9.
