Une nouvelle enqu\u00eate r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par le site d\u2019emploi StepStone aupr\u00e8s de 5729 employ\u00e9(e)s et managers belges a permis de mieux comprendre leurs rapports et fournit maintenant un aper\u00e7u d\u00e9terminant pour les informer \u00e0 ce sujet.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Bien que le salaire et une description d\u2019emploi claire soient des facteurs d\u00e9terminants pour un(e) employ\u00e9(e), les rapports entretenus avec le\/la manager au travail sont tout aussi essentiels.<br \/>\n40 % des employ\u00e9(e)s belges interrog\u00e9(e)s ont indiqu\u00e9 qu\u2019ils ou elles avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 \u00e0 cause des mauvais rapports avec leur chef.\u00a0Par ailleurs, 17 % ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 demand\u00e9 \u00e0 changer d\u2019\u00e9quipe au sein d\u2019une entreprise pour la m\u00eame raison.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>\ufffcQu\u2019est-ce que les employ\u00e9(e)s appr\u00e9cient chez leur manager ?<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>StepStone a \u00e9galement demand\u00e9 aux employ\u00e9(e)s de pr\u00e9ciser les actions qu\u2019un(e) manager pourrait entreprendre pour \u00e9tablir de bons rapports de travail.\u00a0Selon (plus de) la moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9(e)s belges, les secrets d\u2019une bonne relation de travail r\u00e9sident dans un feedback sp\u00e9cifique sur la mani\u00e8re dont ils travaillent (58 %), une description d\u2019emploi claire et bien d\u00e9finie (55 %) et des conversations individuelles r\u00e9guli\u00e8res avec le\/la manager (50 %).<br \/>\n\ufffc\ufffc\ufffc<br \/>\nLa directrice Marketing Virginie Nazon confirme l\u2019importance de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments, et ajoute : <em>\u00ab Nous savons qu\u2019il est important de donner des feedbacks aux employ\u00e9(e)s, mais il faut aller plus loin : un(e) bon(ne) manager doit aussi demander aux membres de son \u00e9quipe de l\u2019\u00e9valuer et, bien s\u00fbr, \u00e9couter ces retours et adapter son comportement en fonction.\u00a0L\u2019importance d\u2019une atmosph\u00e8re de travail ouverte et constructive ne doit pas \u00eatre sous- estim\u00e9e. Il est plus agr\u00e9able de travailler dans un tel environnement, et ne l\u2019oublions pas, cela augmente aussi consid\u00e9rablement la productivit\u00e9 \u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>\ufffc34 % des candidat(e)s belges ont refus\u00e9 de travailler pour une certaine entreprise \u00e0 cause du recruteur.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la d\u00e9mission, place \u00e0 la suite du parcours professionnel : la candidature \u00e0 un nouvel emploi. Ici, le comportement du recruteur s\u2019av\u00e8re extr\u00eamement important dans la mesure il ou elle repr\u00e9sente l\u2019image de l\u2019entreprise dans son ensemble.<br \/>\nLorsqu\u2019il leur a \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9 si le comportement d\u2019un recruteur les avait d\u00e9j\u00e0 incit\u00e9(e)s \u00e0 retirer leur candidature, un(e) r\u00e9pondant(e) sur trois a r\u00e9pondu par l\u2019affirmative (34 %).<br \/>\nLa principale raison cit\u00e9e \u00e9tait un accueil non professionnel et un comportement irrespectueux en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral (17 %), tandis que des questions ill\u00e9gales (9 %), comme l\u2019\u00e2ge et la question de savoir si quelqu\u2019un a l\u2019intention d\u2019avoir des enfants, occupaient \u00e9galement une place importante.<br \/>\nSeuls 2,2 % et 2,3 % des candidat(e)s ont retir\u00e9 leur candidature pour des raisons racistes ou sexistes.<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : StepStone a effectu\u00e9 ce sondage en octobre 2019.
