L\u2019id\u00e9e, simple, consiste \u00e0 affronter sereinement un futur pr\u00e9visible. Et donc, interrogeons-nous quelques instants: devons-nous passivement attendre la prochaine vague de r\u00e9cession que l\u2019on nous annonce depuis de longs mois d\u00e9j\u00e0? Ou sommes-nous en capacit\u00e9 d\u2019en anticiper les effets?\u00a0La question n\u2019est pas vraiment d\u2019ordre \u2018\u00e9conomique\u2019, ni m\u00eame \u2019sociale\u2019. Elle concerne peut-\u00eatre en tout premier lieu la morale.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Nous savons que la r\u00e9cession va se manifester prochainement. Et nous savons sans doute qu\u2019elle sera aussi violente qu\u2019un ouragan inattendu.<br \/>\nLa situation paradoxale dans laquelle nous nous trouvons actuellement &#8211; celle d\u2019un march\u00e9 du travail tendu incapable de r\u00e9pondre aux besoins en comp\u00e9tences alors qu\u2019il y a \u00e9norm\u00e9ment de ressources humaines disponibles ou sous-exploit\u00e9es &#8211; va s\u2019autod\u00e9truire prochainement, sous le triple feu de l\u2019instabilit\u00e9 politique, de l\u2019urgence environnementale et du ras-le-bol des laiss\u00e9s pour compte.\u00a0Que va-t-il se passer dans nos entreprises ?<\/p>\n<p>Plusieurs secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9s, dont les performances sont soutenues artificiellement, vont s\u2019effondrer. Plus que la r\u00e9duction du volume d\u2019activit\u00e9s, c\u2019est une chute de profitabilit\u00e9 que nous pouvons entrevoir. Il est probable que nous aurons \u00e0 choisir pour une s\u00e9rie de services entre la gratuit\u00e9 et la disparition. Bien s\u00fbr, l\u2019impact sur l\u2019emploi sera imm\u00e9diat. Et il faudra \u00eatre coh\u00e9rent sur toute une s\u00e9rie de sujets pour lesquels nos discours sont pav\u00e9s de bonnes intentions. Lesquels? Le maintien r\u00e9el des seniors dans des r\u00f4les effectifs, la prise en charge de la r\u00e9duction des in\u00e9galit\u00e9s que notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9 renforce, la parfaite \u00e9galit\u00e9 des genres entre autres&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Un nouveau changement des priorit\u00e9s?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019agenda RH de nos organisations va-t-il en \u00eatre modifi\u00e9? Cela nous semble souhaitable. Et cela commence par sortir nos entreprises et nos comit\u00e9s de direction de la culture unique du chiffre comme \u00e9talon absolu. Utopique? Mais non\u2026 Les conditions sont r\u00e9unies pour que nous prenions toutes et tous conscience qu\u2019il y a au-del\u00e0 des indicateurs des histoires qui ont du sens, qui nous inspirent ou qui nous d\u00e9sesp\u00e8rent parfois,\u2026 Et un des r\u00f4l\u00e9s cl\u00e9s \u00e0 embrasser par les People Managers consiste \u00e0 partager ces histoires et \u00e0 les comprendre afin d\u2019en tirer des enseignements pr\u00e9cieux pour le collectif.<\/p>\n<p>Ensuite, deux priorit\u00e9s essentielles devraient \u00e9merger sans tarder: d\u2019une part, la prise du leadership de la transformation digitale des organisations &#8211; oui, il faudra passer par une s\u00e9ance d\u2019affrontement avec votre CIO &#8211; bas\u00e9e sur une solide r\u00e9flexion en mati\u00e8re de gestion pr\u00e9visionnelle des effectifs et, d\u2019autre part, le r\u00e9\u00e9quilibrage des moyens financiers et humains en faveur du d\u00e9veloppement personnel. Il est grand temps que nous cessions de d\u00e9penser notre \u00e9nergie et nos moyens financiers \u00e0 des recrutements complexes voire impossibles afin de r\u00e9allouer ceux-ci \u00e0 la formation de profils qui s\u2019\u00e9loignent de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 quotidienne de l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>Il n\u2019y a rien de nouveau dans tout cela\u2026 Les solutions sont connues mais elles ne pourront \u00eatre mises en oeuvre que si nous d\u00e9cidons de nous \u00e9loigner de cette qu\u00eate incessante de la \u2019nouvelle nouvelle tendance\u2019. Evitons de c\u00e9der aux sir\u00e8nes de l\u2019innovation \u00e0 tout prix. Essayons de nous concentrer sur ce que nous disent nos collaborateurs et sur leurs besoins historiques qui n\u2019ont toujours pas \u00e9t\u00e9 rencontr\u00e9s. Il est int\u00e9ressant d\u2019ailleurs de constater que l\u2019univers de la HR Tech, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 se pense peut-\u00eatre la futur des pratiques RH, se penche massivement sur ces th\u00e8mes historiques: reconnaissance, feedback, apprentissage permanent, qualit\u00e9 des relations interpersonnelles (versus comp\u00e9tition acharn\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019interne)&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Nous n\u2019avons pas besoin d\u2019une xi\u00e8me remise en question des contours du People Management et des RH pour nous pr\u00e9parer \u00e0 la prochaine crise majeure. Il s\u2019agit peut-\u00eatre de nous replonger dans les notes collect\u00e9es au fil des r\u00e9unions et rencontres avec nos coll\u00e8gues. Ils nous disent ce qu\u2019il faut faire.
