Le prochain \u00ab Petit D\u00e9jeuner ressources humaines\u00bb de la saison 2019-2020 organis\u00e9 par l\u2019ADP Li\u00e8ge se tiendra \u00e0 l’a\u00e9roport de Li\u00e8ge Bierset le VENDREDI 6 d\u00e9cembre 2019 de 8h \u00e0 10h. La th\u00e9matique propos\u00e9e par l’Association est la suivante : Travailleurs en difficult\u00e9 financi\u00e8re, un sujet encore tabou en entreprise?, illustr\u00e9e par les t\u00e9moignages de Christine Mahy, Secr\u00e9taire g\u00e9n\u00e9rale et politique du R\u00e9seau Wallon de Lutte contre la Pauvret\u00e9,\u00a0et de Didier Lorent, Directeur Ressources Humaines chez TNT Express Worldwide (Euro Hub).<\/p>\n

Toutes les entreprises sont\/ont \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des travailleurs en (grande) difficult\u00e9 financi\u00e8re (saisie\u00a0sur salaire, m\u00e9diation financi\u00e8re, \u00ab bo\u00eete \u00e0 tartines \u00bb vide en fin de mois,\u2026). Les responsables RH ou\u00a0patrons se sentent souvent d\u00e9munis, sans savoir comment (r\u00e9)agir par rapport \u00e0 ces situations v\u00e9cues\u00a0par leurs coll\u00e8gues. Ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne impossible \u00e0 ignorer tant il nous touche dans nos valeurs humaines tout\u00a0en n\u2019\u00e9tant pas sans impact sur le fonctionnement m\u00eame de l\u2019entreprise, il est sans doute bien utile de\u00a0mettre en place des pistes de gestion\u2026<\/p>\n
