Les objectifs ambitieux de ce plan sont bas\u00e9s sur la conviction que la technologie, les donn\u00e9es associ\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019esprit humain sont, et seront toujours, des forces positives qui font avancer. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Plus que tout autre facteur, la puissance des donn\u00e9es constituera le moteur d\u00e9cisif du progr\u00e8s de l\u2019humanit\u00e9 au cours de la prochaine d\u00e9cennie\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, commente Michael Dell, chairman and CEO. \u00a0Au cours de la prochaine d\u00e9cennie, Dell Technologies veut mettre \u00e0 profit sa pr\u00e9sence mondiale, son important portefeuille technologique et son expertise pour un impact positif significatif et mesurable. Parmi les objectifs 2030, signalons :<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Faire avancer la durabilit\u00e9<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recycler un produit \u00e9quivalent pour chaque produit achet\u00e9 par un client;<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Favoriser l\u2019\u00e9conomie circulaire avec plus de la moiti\u00e9 des composants des produits fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir de mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9s ou renouvelables;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Utiliser 100 % de mat\u00e9riaux recycl\u00e9es ou renouvelables dans tous les emballages.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Offrir aux employ\u00e9s de la chaine logistique le d\u00e9veloppement de comp\u00e9tences pour l\u2019avenir : mettre en \u0153uvre un programme sur le climat exhaustif fond\u00e9 sur des donn\u00e9es scientifiques, en fixant des objectifs en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;\u00e9missions pour l&rsquo;ensemble des installations, de la cha\u00eene d&rsquo;approvisionnement et de l&rsquo;exploitation jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de nos produits par les clients, notamment en \u00e9tablissant des partenariats avec les fournisseurs pour atteindre un objectif de r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de gaz \u00e0 effet de serre de 60 % par unit\u00e9 vendue en 2030\/<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em><strong>Favoriser l\u2019inclusion<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n&#8211; Embaucher, former plus de femmes pour atteindre 50 % l\u2019effectif mondial et 40 % de l\u2019\u00e9quipe dirigeante internationale;<br \/>\n&#8211; Embaucher et former des salari\u00e9s afro-am\u00e9ricains et hispaniques, afin qu\u2019ils repr\u00e9sentent aux \u00c9tats-Unis 25 % des effectifs et 15 % de l\u2019\u00e9quipe dirigeante;<br \/>\n&#8211; Sensibiliser chaque ann\u00e9e 95 % des membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe sur les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s inconscients, le harc\u00e8lement, les micro-agressions et les privil\u00e8ges.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Transformer les vies<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Faire progresser l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9, \u00e0 la formation et aux opportunit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques pour 1 milliard de personnes;<br \/>\n&#8211; Aider 1 000 organisations \u00e0 but non lucratif \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser leur transformation num\u00e9rique;<br \/>\n&#8211; Atteindre 75 % des membres d\u2019\u00e9quipe prenant part \u00e0 des actions de b\u00e9n\u00e9volat et effectuant des dons \u00e0 des associations.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;\u00e9thique et la protection de la vie priv\u00e9e sont \u00e0 la base des strat\u00e9gies d&rsquo;impact social et d&rsquo;entreprise et sont essentielles pour atteindre les objectifs de 2030.
