Il s\u2019av\u00e8re \u00e9galement que pas moins de 40 % d\u2019entre eux\/elles n\u2019ont jamais suivi de formation en management.\u00a0C\u2019est ce qui ressort d\u2019une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par le site d\u2019emploi StepStone aupr\u00e8s de 4422 employ\u00e9(e)s belges et 1307 managers qui vise \u00e0 d\u00e9finir et \u00e0 comprendre les rapports entre les deux groupes.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Interrog\u00e9(e)s sur leur formation, il appara\u00eet que 40 % des managers belges n\u2019ont jamais suivi de formation en gestion. Pour les 60 % restants qui ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9 d\u2019une formation, StepStone leur a demand\u00e9 si elle leur semblait pertinente ou non. Parmi les candidat(e)s interrog\u00e9(e)s ayant suivi une formation, 48 % d\u2019entre eux\/elles estiment que leur formation en management n\u2019\u00e9tait pas pertinente.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;enqu\u00eate a \u00e9galement v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 quand la formation a eu lieu pour les 60 % qui en ont b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9. Plus d\u2019un tiers d\u2019entre eux\/elles ont re\u00e7u une formation avant ou peu de temps apr\u00e8s leur entr\u00e9e en fonction en tant que manager, tandis que 14 % ont d\u00fb attendre plus d\u2019un an. 9 % d\u2019entre eux\/elles ont d\u00fb attendre leur entr\u00e9e en fonction en tant que manager dans une nouvelle entreprise. Il n\u2019y avait pas de diff\u00e9rences significatives entre les managers n\u00e9erlandophones et francophones.<\/p>\n<p>Le c\u00f4t\u00e9 positif est que plus d\u2019un quart d\u2019entre eux\/elles re\u00e7oivent r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des sessions de formation de leur employeur (26 %) quelle que soit la date de leur premi\u00e8re formation de manager. On peut supposer que le fait de devenir manager a un impact majeur sur la vie du\/de la manager, mais \u00e9galement sur celle de l\u2019employ\u00e9(e). La formation en management peut aider \u00e0 soulager le stress et l\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 potentielle qui peuvent d\u00e9couler de cette fonction.<\/p>\n<p>Bien qu\u2019on en discute peu et que cela puisse \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un tabou potentiel, il est important de se sentir bien et confiant dans l\u2019exercice d\u2019une fonction de manager. Au cours de l\u2019enqu\u00eate, StepStone a examin\u00e9 ce que les managers belges pensent de leur emploi. Il s&rsquo;av\u00e8re que\u00a0seulement 54 % des managers belges aiment \u00eatre chefs.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ne pas aimer son poste pourrait bien s\u00fbr entra\u00eener des cons\u00e9quences plus graves.<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parmi\u00a0les r\u00e9sultats, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9 que :<br \/>\n\u2022 14% des managers font r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement des cauchemars concernant les employ\u00e9(e)s.<br \/>\n\u2022 11 % des managers ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9missionn\u00e9 \u00e0 cause d\u2019un(e) employ\u00e9(e).<br \/>\n\u2022 6 % des managers ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 demand\u00e9 de l\u2019aide en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 mentale.<br \/>\n\ufffc<br \/>\n\ufffcToutefois, 62 % d\u2019entre eux\/elles ont r\u00e9pondu positivement qu\u2019ils avaient d\u00e9sign\u00e9 (au moins) une fois quelqu\u2019un pour une promotion et 10 % des managers belges ont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 qu\u2019ils ou elles avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait l\u2019\u00e9loge de leurs employ\u00e9(e)s sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux.<\/p>\n<p>Pas moins de 93 % des managers ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 embauch\u00e9 quelqu\u2019un. Toutefois, 72 % des managers interrog\u00e9(e)s n\u2019ont re\u00e7u aucune formation \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard.<br \/>\nC\u2019est pourquoi ils ou elles comptaient avant tout sur leur propre exp\u00e9rience pour recruter de nouveaux candidats. Les 28 % restants qui ont pu b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019une formation en recrutement se sentaient (suffisamment) pr\u00e9par\u00e9s \u00e0 leur r\u00f4le crucial dans l\u2019entretien d\u2019embauche.<\/p>\n<p><em>M\u00e9thodologie : StepStone a effectu\u00e9 ce sondage en octobre 2019. Nos analystes ont analys\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es pour s\u2019assurer que la repr\u00e9sentation et la validit\u00e9 des r\u00e9ponses des r\u00e9pondants sont exactes.
