Effectu\u00e9e dans 15 pays europ\u00e9ens, elle se concentre sur les interfaces entre technologie, leadership et culture d\u2019entreprise au sein d\u2019une entreprise ou organisation. Voici un tour d\u2019horizon des r\u00e9sultats les plus int\u00e9ressants pour les entreprises belges.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il appara\u00eet que les entreprises avec une culture d\u2019entreprise innovante sont deux fois plus susceptibles d\u2019afficher des taux de croissance \u00e0 deux chiffres. Ces entreprises ont \u00e9galement plus de chance de remporter la \u00a0\u00bbguerre des talents\u00a0\u00bb. En effet, la majorit\u00e9 des collaborateurs belges de ces entreprises (79 %) n\u2019ont pas l\u2019intention de changer d\u2019emploi. Cette proportion chute toutefois \u00e0 54 % dans les entit\u00e9s avec des cultures d\u2019entreprise moins innovantes.<\/p>\n<p>De plus, 80 % des travailleurs et 87 % des managers expliquent qu\u2019ils poseraient \u00e0 nouveau leur candidature pour le m\u00eame poste lorsqu\u2019ils sont \u00e0 pied d\u2019\u0153uvre dans un environnement de travail innovant. Dans une entreprise moins innovante, ces chiffres passent, respectivement, \u00e0 60 % et \u00e0 61 %. En plus d\u2019attirer de nouveaux talents, une culture innovante contribue \u00e0 augmenter leur loyaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Une technologie et un environnement physique ad\u00e9quats contribuent \u00e0 la productivit\u00e9<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Un des r\u00e9sultats les plus r\u00e9v\u00e9lateurs de l\u2019enqu\u00eate r\u00e9side dans cet aveu des Belges : ils perdent jusqu\u2019\u00e0 58 % de leur temps de travail optimal, soit pratiquement 3 jours de travail complets sur une semaine. Les collaborateurs ont le sentiment que la participation \u00e0 des r\u00e9unions ou la r\u00e9daction\/lecture d&rsquo;e-mails non-productifs, les interruptions inutiles et la recherche d&rsquo;informations constituent des pertes de temps. Selon eux, il serait plus judicieux de se r\u00e9orienter vers des activit\u00e9s r\u00e9ellement importantes pour eux.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Augmenter l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 des \u00e9quipes et se concentrer sur une culture d\u2019apprentissage<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Les collaborateurs des entreprises les plus innovantes se sentent r\u00e9ellement soutenus par leurs dirigeants. Ils sont pratiquement trois fois plus nombreux \u00e0 se sentir soutenus lors de la prise de d\u00e9cisions (60 % sur un lieu de travail innovant contre 23 % sur un lieu de travail moins attrayant). En outre, ils sont plus port\u00e9s \u00e0 dire que leur voix est entendue au sein de l\u2019entreprise : 77 % dans une culture d\u2019entreprise innovante, contre 54 % sur un lieu de travail moins innovant.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>La technologie moderne est un des facteurs d\u00e9terminants<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Enfin, l\u2019\u00e9tude Work ReWorked montre que la technologie moderne sur le lieu de travail constitue un des facteurs d\u00e9terminants pour une transformation r\u00e9ussie. Plus de 85 % des participants belges interrog\u00e9s travaillant dans un environnement de travail innovant estiment disposer des technologies n\u00e9cessaires pour s\u2019acquitter de leur mission, contre seulement 48 % des travailleurs au sein d\u2019entreprises plus conventionnelles.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Microsoft, la gestion d\u2019un changement utile de la culture d\u2019entreprise doit venir d\u2019en haut. D\u00e8s que la direction parle d\u2019une seule et m\u00eame voix, les managers sont les acteurs d\u00e9cisifs de tout changement. Veiller \u00e0 ce qu\u2019ils acqui\u00e8rent les comp\u00e9tences et la flexibilit\u00e9 mentale n\u00e9cessaires pour piloter le changement peut faire toute la diff\u00e9rence. Autrement dit, les entreprises qui r\u00e9ussiront demain ne se demandent pas comment rendre leur personnel plus productif ; elles s\u2019interrogent sur la mani\u00e8re d\u2019aider leurs collaborateurs \u00e0 \u00eatre plus innovants.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source : Microsoft Belux &#8211; Cette enqu\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9e en Allemagne, en Autriche, en Belgique, au Danemark, en Espagne, en Finlande, en France, en Irlande, en Italie, en Norv\u00e8ge, aux Pays-Bas, au Portugal, au Royaume-Uni, en Su\u00e8de et en Suisse. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par KRC Research, sous la supervision de Michael Parke, Professor of Organizational Behavior de la London Business School. L\u2019\u00e9chantillon se compose de 600 participants par pays, dont 500 travailleurs et 100 managers.
