C\u2019est ce qui ressort d\u2019une r\u00e9cente \u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par le cabinet de recrutement sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les profils juniors et les int\u00e9rims, Page Personnel. Il apparait que plus de 2 Belges sur 10 recherchent un nouvel emploi car ils ne voient pas de perspective d\u2019\u00e9volution de carri\u00e8re dans leur emploi actuel.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0L\u2019apprentissage au travail est un \u00e9l\u00e9ment important au bien-\u00eatre des employ\u00e9s. Plus ils apprennent, plus ils peuvent esp\u00e9rer acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des postes enrichissants et \u00e0 responsabilit\u00e9s. La perspective d\u2019\u00e9volution professionnelle est un point important pour les entreprises si elles veulent garder leurs employ\u00e9s,\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> comme l&rsquo;explique Olivier Dufour, Executive Director de Page Personnel.<\/p>\n<p>Le cabinet de recrutement Page Personnel, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les profils junior et les int\u00e9rims, r\u00e9v\u00e8le les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019un sondage sur l\u2019indice de confiance des candidats. Il semble que le Belge soit plus optimiste que la moyenne en Europe concernant le march\u00e9 du travail actuel. En effet, 68,8% des employ\u00e9s belges le qualifient de \u2018bon\u2019 \u00e0 \u2018excellent\u2019 contre seulement 53% pour la moyenne europ\u00e9enne. Par ailleurs, si plus de 3 personnes sur 10 (35,7%) en Europe qualifient le march\u00e9 du travail actuel de \u2018pauvre\u2019, pour la Belgique il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t de 2 personnes sur 10 (22,5%). C\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e9volution du march\u00e9 pour les 6 mois \u00e0 venir, l\u00e0 aussi le Belge reste positif : seulement 18,5% des Belges pensent qu\u2019elle sera m\u00e9diocre, contre 29,2% pour la moyenne en Europe.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autre part, le Belge parait \u00e9galement satisfait de sa situation \u00e9conomique. 64,2% qualifient leur situation de bonne contre 54,4% dans la moyenne g\u00e9n\u00e9rale europ\u00e9enne. Mais malgr\u00e9 tout, plus de 2 Belges sur 10 se disent dans une mauvaise situation \u00e9conomique (27,7%). Si cela reste mieux que la moyenne europ\u00e9enne (35%), cela laisse entrevoir une insatisfaction assez marqu\u00e9e. Et cela ne va pas en s\u2019am\u00e9liorant : plus d\u2019un quart des Belges (26%) estiment que, m\u00eame dans les 6 mois, leur situation \u00e9conomique restera basse.<\/p>\n<p>La qu\u00eate d\u2019un meilleur salaire n\u2019apparait pas comme la premi\u00e8re raison pour laquelle les candidats recherchent un nouvel emploi. Seulement 14% des candidats \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un nouvel emploi avouent \u00eatre motiv\u00e9s par la perspective d\u2019un meilleur salaire \u2013 le chiffre s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 27,9% pour la moyenne europ\u00e9enne. Pour 37,8% des employ\u00e9s, c\u2019est le d\u00e9sir de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences qui les motive dans cette recherche.<\/p>\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement des comp\u00e9tences apparait donc comme un facteur important dans la conjoncture des employ\u00e9s. Dans presque 7 cas sur 10 (69,4%), les Belges estiment qu\u2019ils auront d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences au cours des 12 prochains mois. Toutefois, un quart des employ\u00e9s (24,9%) estiment que leur situation sera \u2018\u00e9quivalente\u2019 l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine &#8211; et donc ne voient pas de progression dans leur apprentissage.
