L\u2019indexation des salaires \u00e0 partir du 1er janvier 2020 promet d\u2019\u00eatre bien moins forte. En effet, les employ\u00e9s qui sont r\u00e9mun\u00e9r\u00e9s selon la Commission paritaire pour employ\u00e9s (CP 200) voient leur salaire adapt\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution du co\u00fbt de la vie chaque d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Pour le 1er janvier 2020, le secteur peut s\u2019attendre \u00e0 une indexation salariale de 0,80 %, a calcul\u00e9 d\u2019avance le prestataire de services RH Acerta, certes en se basant encore sur un chiffre provisoire pour d\u00e9cembre.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me d\u2019indexation pour la CP 200 d\u00e9termine l\u2019adaptation salariale \u00e0 appliquer sur la base de la formule suivante : la moyenne des index de novembre et d\u00e9cembre 2019 divis\u00e9e par la moyenne des index de novembre et d\u00e9cembre 2018 \u2013 on entend par \u00ab\u2009index\u2009\u00bb l\u2019indice sant\u00e9 liss\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour novembre 2019, l\u2019indice sant\u00e9 liss\u00e9 s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 106,73. En partant un instant de l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se que l\u2019index de d\u00e9cembre 2019 soit aussi \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu\u2019en novembre, ceci entra\u00eene un coefficient d\u2019indexation de 100,77 %. Pour cette simulation, nous partons cependant du principe que l\u2019augmentation de l\u2019index sera similaire \u00e0 l\u2019augmentation moyenne de l\u2019index pour octobre et novembre 2019. Selon cette hypoth\u00e8se, le coefficient d\u2019indexation est de 100,80 %. Cela signifie que tous les salaires des employ\u00e9s occup\u00e9s dans la commission paritaire auxiliaire CP 200 augmenteront de 0,80 % \u00e0 compter du 1er janvier 2020.\u00a0D\u00e9tail marquant : fin novembre, l\u2019inflation des prix \u00e0 la consommation ne s\u2019\u00e9levait qu\u2019\u00e0 0,39 %. Fin d\u00e9cembre, elle atteindra plus ou moins 0,70 %.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>D&rsquo;autres leviers \u00e0 activer pour attirer les talents.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019indexation salariale de 0,80 % est per\u00e7ue par le travailleur comme un moyen de maintenir \u00e0 niveau son salaire par rapport au co\u00fbt de la vie, et non comme une augmentation salariale proprement dite. Pour l\u2019employeur, le surco\u00fbt \u00e0 la suite de l\u2019index salarial fait naturellement bel et bien partie des frais salariaux totaux.<\/p>\n<p>Catherine Langenaeken, Senior Consultant Legal &amp; Reward chez Acerta, d\u00e9clare : <em>\u00ab\u2009Les employeurs tiennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement compte d\u2019une augmentation moyenne de 2,5 \u00e0 3 % par an des frais salariaux. Dans le contexte de guerre des talents, un employeur peut se servir des marges pour attirer les bons travailleurs gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019aspect financier. Toutefois, le salaire ne constitue plus la principale motivation pour qu\u2019un travailleur s\u2019engage aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un employeur plut\u00f4t qu\u2019un autre. Ils ont aussi d\u2019autres atouts dans leurs manches. Pensez aux formations, vacances, options de mobilit\u00e9, temps et lieu de travail ind\u00e9pendant&#8230; Accordez au travailleur un pouvoir de cod\u00e9cision dans les choix auxquels proc\u00e9der et vous arrivez \u00e0 un package salarial motivant. De quoi r\u00e9aliser un avantage concurrentiel, m\u00eame en des temps de p\u00e9nurie sur le march\u00e9 du travail.\u2009\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Indexation de janvier non limit\u00e9e \u00e0 la CP 200<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>La Commission paritaire auxiliaire pour employ\u00e9s (CP 200) fixe pour plus de 450.000 employ\u00e9s les conditions de salaire et de travail minimales\u2009; il s\u2019agit donc d\u2019une part significative des travailleurs belges. Outre la CP 200, d\u2019autres secteurs encore ont un syst\u00e8me d\u2019indexation qui pr\u00e9voit chaque d\u00e9but d\u2019ann\u00e9e une adaptation annuelle des salaires \u00e0 l\u2019inflation.
