Le Vandemoortele Food Experience Center offre tout \u00e0 la fois un environnement de travail ultramoderne et durable et un lieu de rencontre pour les collaborateurs, les d\u00e9veloppeurs de produits, les chefs de cuisine, les clients et les fournisseurs. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Fond\u00e9e voici 120 ans (1899), l&rsquo;entreprise de Flandre occidentale fait aujourd&rsquo;hui partie des leaders mondiaux de la confection de produits de boulangerie et de margarines ainsi que de graisses et d&rsquo;huiles culinaires.\u00a0Vandemoortele est un groupe alimentaire europ\u00e9en de premier plan qui fabrique et vend des produits alimentaires de haute qualit\u00e9. Il se concentre sur deux activit\u00e9s: les produits de boulangerie et margarines, huiles culinaires et graisses.<\/p>\n<p>Les 10 millions d&rsquo;euros investis dans la construction du nouveau b\u00e2timent permettent \u00e0 Vandemoortele de poursuivre sa strat\u00e9gie de d\u00e9veloppement durable. L&rsquo;inauguration du Food Experience Center n&rsquo;ouvre pas seulement la porte \u00e0 une nouvelle mani\u00e8re de travailler. Gr\u00e2ce, notamment, au Master Studio Bakery et au Master Studio Kitchen, le complexe constitue une source d&rsquo;inspiration pour r\u00e9pondre aux changements des besoins des consommateurs et aux \u00e9volutions du march\u00e9. <em>\u201cJe r\u00eavais d&rsquo;un lieu durable qui ferait avancer l&rsquo;innovation et o\u00f9 l\u2019on serait accueilli par l&rsquo;odeur du pain et du croissant\u201d,<\/em> d\u00e9clare Jules Noten.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Le Vandemoortele Food Experience Center, catalyseur d&rsquo;une nouvelle approche du travail<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\nLe complexe ultramoderne de Vandemoortele, \u00e0 un jet de pierre de l&rsquo;UZ Gand, invite collaborateurs et visiteurs \u00e0 une exp\u00e9rience totale et unique. Tout comme une bonne recette repose sur la combinaison harmonieuse d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients, le Food Experience Center a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 autour de l\u2019association m\u00fbrement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chie d&rsquo;un design circulaire, de mat\u00e9riaux durables et de techniques innovantes\u201d<\/em>, indique Eddy Van Blanken, Group Marketing Director, sous la direction duquel le projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 conduit.<\/p>\n<p>Le Vandemoortele Food Experience Center \u00a0r\u00e9pond \u00e0 la norme BREEAM Excellent, la m\u00e9thode d&rsquo;\u00e9valuation de durabilit\u00e9 des b\u00e2timents la plus utilis\u00e9e. \u00c0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des ressources \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques passives impl\u00e9ment\u00e9es dans la conception, diff\u00e9rents syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie actifs &#8211; comme une pompe \u00e0 chaleur, des panneaux solaires et un champ BEO &#8211; permettent de produire de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e0 partir de sources renouvelables.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEn plus d&rsquo;\u00eatre un b\u00e2timent durable, le Food Experience Center constitue un lieu de travail sain et confortable avec de nombreuses applications num\u00e9riques o\u00f9 plus de 360 employ\u00e9s peuvent collaborer plus facilement que jamais. Dans les diff\u00e9rents espaces de bureau, o\u00f9 le travail flexible est encourag\u00e9, les \u00e9quipes s&rsquo;installent ensemble et il existe de multiples possibilit\u00e9s pour se concerter \u00e0 plusieurs dans l&rsquo;une des diverses salles de r\u00e9union, pour s&rsquo;isoler dans une zone de concentration ou pour se d\u00e9tendre dans l&rsquo;un des salons ou dans l&rsquo;atrium, qui peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre utilis\u00e9 comme espace de travail\u201d<\/em>, pr\u00e9cise Marc Croonen, Chief Human Resources, Sustainability &amp; Communication.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Optimalisation de la marge b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire pour 2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Au cours de la pr\u00e9sentation \u00e0 la presse, Jules Noten, le PDG de Vandemoortele, a \u00e9galement d\u00e9voil\u00e9 les r\u00e9sultats du premier semestre. \u00ab\u00a0<em>L&rsquo;entreprise est en bonne voie pour r\u00e9p\u00e9ter le bond en avant enregistr\u00e9 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. En 2019, l&rsquo;accent est mis sur l&rsquo;optimisation de la croissance b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire. Le r\u00e9sultat brut d&rsquo;exploitation courant est pass\u00e9 de 8% (juin 2018) \u00e0 10% par rapport au chiffre d&rsquo;affaires (juin 2019). Pour la division Boulangerie, nous voyons une augmentation du b\u00e9n\u00e9fice de 15,8% \u00e0 39 millions d&rsquo;euros.
