Ce 4 d\u00e9cembre, \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasionne la Journ\u00e9e Mondiale de l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances, Actiris lance Actiris Inclusive, service anti-discrimination et un num\u00e9ro vert d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la discrimination \u00e0 l\u2019embauche.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9cente de view.brussels, <em>\u00ab Profil et trajectoire des chercheuses et chercheurs d\u2019emploi en R\u00e9gion de Bruxelles-Capitale \u00bb<\/em>, montre que les in\u00e9galit\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019embauche selon l\u2019origine nationale sont massives et structurelles. Certains chiffres sont \u00e9loquents. Par exemple, le taux de ch\u00f4mage des personnes d\u2019origine maghr\u00e9bine et des afro-descendants est 3 \u00e0 4 fois plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que celui des belgo-belges.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019origine est le 1er crit\u00e8re discriminant dans le domaine de l\u2019emploi mais ce n\u2019est pas le seul frein. Joseph est un exemple parmi d\u2019autres. Chaque jour, \u00e0 Bruxelles, des chercheurs d\u2019emploi sont aussi discrimin\u00e9s sur base de leur \u00e2ge, d\u2019un handicap, ou de leur \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9. Le saviez-vous ? 4 bruxellois sur 10 de plus de 50 ans ne travaillent pas. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale les femmes sont encore plus discrimin\u00e9es. En 2018, Unia a re\u00e7u 1.629 signalements travail et emploi. C\u2019est une hausse de 63% en 5 ans. Et ce n\u2019est que la partie visible de l\u2019iceberg.<\/p>\n<p>Donner \u00e0 chacun des chances \u00e9quitables sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi est un v\u00e9ritable challenge. Pour relever ce d\u00e9fi, Actiris lance son nouveau service anti-discrimination, enti\u00e8rement r\u00e9form\u00e9. Actiris Inclusive, service anti-discrimination veut encourager les signalements car il y a un v\u00e9ritable probl\u00e8me de sous-rapportage. Un num\u00e9ro vert exclusivement d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la discrimination \u00e0 l\u2019embauche est donc d\u00e9sormais joignable du lundi au vendredi de 9 \u00e0 16h30. Ce num\u00e9ro gratuit est le 0800\/ 35 089. A cela s\u2019ajoute un formulaire de signalement en ligne sur le site www.actiris.be. L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe assure \u00e9galement des heures de permanence du lundi au vendredi de 9 \u00e0 12h \u00e0 la tour Astro, mais un rendez-vous peut aussi \u00eatre pris en dehors de ces heures.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois le contact \u00e9tabli, Actiris Inclusive, service anti-discrimination rel\u00e8ve 4 missions cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Informer les chercheurs d\u2019emploi sur la discrimination \u00e0 l\u2019embauche;<\/li>\n<li>Sensibiliser les professionnels de l\u2019emploi et de la formation et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile;<\/li>\n<li>Orienter les chercheurs d\u2019emploi discrimin\u00e9s, les aider \u00e0 trouver un travail ou une solution sur mesure;<\/li>\n<li>Formuler des avis et des recommandations g\u00e9n\u00e9rales aux d\u00e9cideurs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le service assure ces missions en suivant une philosophie : \u00e9viter la victimisation et miser sur l\u2019empowerment. Pour cela, il propose une \u00e9coute attentive, incite les chercheurs d\u2019emploi \u00e0 prendre leur destin en main et s\u2019appuie sur des partenaires.<\/p>\n<p>Dans chaque antenne, il y a une personne de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence pour l\u2019anti-discrimination<br \/>\nAu sein d\u2019Actiris, de nombreux services sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s proposent des solutions sur mesure pour la mise \u00e0 l\u2019emploi<br \/>\nPlus de 200 partenaires externes d\u2019Actiris peuvent aider le chercheur d\u2019emploi \u00e0 certifier ses comp\u00e9tences, reconna\u00eetre son dipl\u00f4me, \u00e0 suivre une formation, un stage ou trouver un emploi.\u00a0Unia, le Centre interf\u00e9d\u00e9ral pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des chances et l\u2019Institut pour l\u2019\u00e9galit\u00e9 des femmes et des hommes sont des partenaires privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s si le chercheur d\u2019emploi souhaite introduire une action en justice ou une m\u00e9diation extra-judiciaire.
