Un emploi dans les sciences du vivant ne rel\u00e8ve pas forc\u00e9ment de la recherche et du d\u00e9veloppement.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La lutte que se livrent les employeurs pour attirer des talents s\u00e9vit encore et toujours. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de recrutement Hays constate une p\u00e9nurie de profils scientifiques sur le march\u00e9 belge du travail. Les entreprises attirent de plus en plus souvent des d\u00e9butants et des travailleurs fra\u00eechement dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s. Mais les jeunes se contentent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de chercher un emploi dans un seul domaine scientifique, \u00e0 savoir la R&amp;D. Laure Urbain, Managing Recruitment Consultant Life Sciences chez Hays : <em>\u00ab\u2009La guerre des talents est rude quand il s\u2019agit de profils scientifiques. Il n\u2019est pas simple de trouver des candidats exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s. Nous misons donc de plus en plus sur un accompagnement efficace des \u00e9tudiants. Nous constatons, en effet, que les jeunes professionnels ont une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence tr\u00e8s marqu\u00e9e pour le secteur R&amp;D. Il y a pourtant une foule d\u2019autres postes vacants tout aussi int\u00e9ressants.\u2009\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Hays distingue plusieurs grands groupes qui ont du mal \u00e0 attirer de jeunes talents : les fonctions op\u00e9rationnelles, le management et les fonctions techniques de haut niveau, ainsi que les postes commerciaux scientifiques ou techniques en vente et marketing. Les \u00e9tudiants ne savent souvent pas en quoi consiste r\u00e9ellement la fonction ou n\u2019ont pas conscience de leur propre talent. <em>\u00ab\u2009Il n\u2019est pas rare de rencontrer de jeunes professionnels dot\u00e9s de comp\u00e9tences dont ils n\u2019ont pas conscience. Ils visent, par exemple, un emploi en R&amp;D alors qu\u2019ils ont la fibre commerciale.\u2009\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les instituts de formation peuvent-ils encadrer les \u00e9tudiants et les \u00e9pauler dans le d\u00e9veloppement de leur carri\u00e8re? <em>\u00ab\u2009L\u2019innovation joue un r\u00f4le de premier plan dans notre soci\u00e9t\u00e9\u2009\u00bb,<\/em> poursuit Laure Urbain (Hays). <em>\u00ab\u2009Il importe que les jeunes \u00e9tudiants trouvent leur place sur le march\u00e9 du travail. Il est essentiel d\u2019identifier rapidement les talents et les centres d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat. L\u2019accompagnement des \u00e9tudiants dans le cadre de leur \u00e9panouissement personnel et de l\u2019\u00e9volution de leur carri\u00e8re peut faire toute la diff\u00e9rence.\u2009\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Pour maximiser l\u2019afflux de profils, une communication transparente \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des employeurs et des travailleurs potentiels s\u2019impose. Laure Urbain (Hays) :<em> \u00ab\u2009Quels profils cherchent les clients et quelles attentes ont les candidats\u2009? Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019en mettant en place une communication transparente que nous parviendrons \u00e0 rapprocher au mieux les employeurs et les demandeurs d\u2019emploi et \u00e0 combler les attentes.\u2009Il faut utiliser les outils de communication modernes pour toucher les candidats.
