En effet, sur les 750 employeurs belges sond\u00e9s fin octobre, 7% envisagent de renforcer leurs effectifs d\u2019ici la fin du mois de mars 2020 alors que seulement 2% d\u2019entre eux pr\u00e9voient de les r\u00e9duire. Les effectifs devraient rester stables dans 9 entreprises sur 10.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s correction des variations saisonni\u00e8res, la Pr\u00e9vision Nette d\u2019Emploi \u2013 ou le diff\u00e9rentiel entre le pourcentage d\u2019employeurs pr\u00e9voyant des embauches et le pourcentage de ceux pr\u00e9voyant des licenciements \u2013 atteint la valeur mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment optimiste de +6%. Elle se situe au m\u00eame niveau que lors du trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent et qu\u2019\u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l\u2019an dernier.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab Les employeurs belges devraient d\u00e9marrer l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2020 avec prudence \u00bb<\/em> affirme Philippe Lacroix, Managing Director de ManpowerGroup BeLux. <em>\u00ab M\u00eame si la Pr\u00e9vision Nette d\u2019Emploi se maintient au m\u00eame niveau que lors du trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, les r\u00e9sultats de notre enqu\u00eate montrent que la confiance des employeurs s\u2019affaiblit dans la plupart des secteurs sond\u00e9s et dans les entreprises de toute taille. L\u2019incertitude qui r\u00e8gne au niveau \u00e9conomique ou politique \u2013 notamment dans le contexte du Brexit \u2013 explique ces tensions et laisse pr\u00e9sager des mois plus difficiles sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. Les chiffres des derniers mois du secteur de l\u2019int\u00e9rim confirment cette tendance. N\u00e9anmoins, la demande reste importante pour de nombreux profils en p\u00e9nurie. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Pr\u00e9visions les plus fortes depuis 3 ans \u00e0 Bruxelles<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les perspectives d\u2019emploi pour le prochain trimestre restent positives dans les trois r\u00e9gions du pays. Les employeurs anticipent une activit\u00e9 de recrutement en progression \u00e0 Bruxelles (+8%) o\u00f9 la Pr\u00e9vision Nette d\u2019Emploi atteint son niveau le plus favorable depuis 3 ans, en hausse de 4 points en comparaison trimestrielle. En Flandre (+5%), les intentions de recrutement restent relativement stables en comparaison trimestrielle et annuelle (baisses de 1 point). Les employeurs anticipent une Pr\u00e9vision Nette d\u2019Emploi prudente en Wallonie (+3%), en recul de 3 points par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.<\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs de neuf des 10 secteurs sond\u00e9s pr\u00e9voient de cr\u00e9er de nouveaux emplois au cours du 1er trimestre 2020. Ce sont les employeurs des secteurs de la Construction (+11%, forte hausse de 11 points par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent), de l\u2019Agriculture et de la p\u00eache (+10%) et de l\u2019Electricit\u00e9, gaz et eau (+10%) qui se montrent les plus confiants dans leurs pr\u00e9visions d\u2019embauche. L\u2019activit\u00e9 de recrutement devrait \u00eatre mod\u00e9r\u00e9e dans les secteurs du Commerce de gros et de d\u00e9tail (+8%), ainsi que dans les secteurs de l\u2019Horeca (+7%, en forte progression de 12 points par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent) et le secteur de la Finance, de l\u2019immobilier et des services aux entreprises (+7%). Les employeurs des secteurs des Services publics, de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, de la sant\u00e9 et des services collectifs (+5%) et de l\u2019Industrie manufacturi\u00e8re (+4%) se montrent plus prudents. Enfin, les employeurs du secteur du Transport et de la Logistique anticipent leurs pr\u00e9visions la plus faible et la seule n\u00e9gative en trois ans (-1%), en recul de 5 points par rapport au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent et de 10 points par rapport au 1er trimestre 2019.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019un trimestre sur l\u2019autre, la Pr\u00e9vision Nette d\u2019Emploi progresse dans seulement trois secteurs alors qu\u2019elle se d\u00e9t\u00e9riore dans sept secteurs. D\u2019une ann\u00e9e sur l\u2019autre, les intentions de recrutement progressent dans six secteurs mais reculent ou stagnent dans quatre autres secteurs.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Pr\u00e9visions en recul ou en stagnation dans les entreprises de toute taille<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019enqu\u00eate, les Pr\u00e9visions Nettes d\u2019Emploi restent positives dans les quatre segments d\u2019entreprises class\u00e9s selon leur taille :\u00a0+4% dans les micro-entreprises (&lt; 10 travailleurs), +9% dans les petites entreprises (10-49 travailleurs), +14% dans les moyennes entreprises (50-249 travailleurs) et +20% dans les grandes entreprises (\u2265 250 travailleurs).
