La gestion du temps et du stress, l\u2019organisation et la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 sont les plus valoris\u00e9es par les recruteurs. Ces comp\u00e9tences ont pris \u00e9norm\u00e9ment d\u2019importance ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es dans le processus de recrutement car elles permettent aux candidats de se d\u00e9marquer. Si les hard skills \u2013 o\u00f9 comp\u00e9tences techniques \u2013 peuvent \u00eatre substitu\u00e9es (en partie) par des robots, les comp\u00e9tences personnelles restent des facteurs humains irrempla\u00e7ables.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est la raison pour laquelle elles gagnent en importance dans un monde o\u00f9 de plus en plus de t\u00e2ches sont robotis\u00e9es. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Une fois les comp\u00e9tences techniques acquises, visibles dans le CV, le recruteur fera attention aux soft skills du candidat\u00a0\u00bb<\/em>, affirme Gr\u00e9gory Renardy, Executive Director de Michael Page. \u00ab\u00a0<em>Elles ne sont pas \u00e0 mettre en \u00e9vidence dans un CV ou une lettre de motivation. C\u2019est justement lors de l\u2019entretien que l\u2019employeur va pouvoir \u00e9valuer les soft skills du candidat.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s le bureau de recrutement, les soft skills sont en partie inn\u00e9es mais peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9galement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es ou am\u00e9lior\u00e9es d\u00e8s le plus jeune \u00e2ge, et plus tard par le biais de formations. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Le parcours acad\u00e9mique a un r\u00f4le \u00e0 jouer dans l\u2019apprentissage des soft skills. Il doit sensibiliser les jeunes \u00e0 leur importance sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi. Apr\u00e8s, il revient \u00e0 chacun de d\u00e9cider quelles comp\u00e9tences il souhaite d\u00e9velopper, en fonction de ses affinit\u00e9s. Ensuite, le d\u00e9veloppement de celles-ci doit \u00eatre fait gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un accompagnement de l\u2019entreprise\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Cette d\u00e9claration se compl\u00e8te par une seconde observation de Michael Page : l\u2019augmentation significative de la demande des formations aux soft skills. En effet, les crit\u00e8res de choix d\u2019un candidat ne sont plus les m\u00eames qu\u2019avant : au-del\u00e0 de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration et des valeurs inh\u00e9rentes \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise qui ont une place importante dans le crit\u00e8re de choix d\u2019une entreprise, les candidats accordent d\u00e9sormais une grande place aux formations aux soft skills propos\u00e9es par les entreprises. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les candidats ont compris l\u2019importance des soft skills pour se d\u00e9marquer lors du processus de recrutement. Mais les employ\u00e9s ont aussi saisi la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de rester comp\u00e9titifs tout au long de leur carri\u00e8re professionnelle. D\u2019o\u00f9 l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat des formations.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> L\u2019\u00e9tude de Michael Page r\u00e9v\u00e8le d\u00e8s lors que 2 soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sur 3 proposent ce type de formations \u00e0 leurs employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Les arts dramatiques, une voie \u00e0 suivre?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Parmi les formations qui permettent de les am\u00e9liorer ou de les d\u00e9velopper, les arts dramatiques font partie des plus int\u00e9ressantes et des plus efficaces d\u2019apr\u00e8s les experts en recrutement.<\/p>\n<p>En effet, l\u2019improvisation propose des outils pour accompagner les collaborateurs \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences ou \u00e0 renforcer les existantes. Le travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe, l\u2019\u00e9coute, l\u2019imagination, la prise de parole en public, la confiance en soi, peuvent \u00eatre stimul\u00e9s gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des exercices propos\u00e9s par des professionnels. Les activit\u00e9s issues des arts dramatiques permettent \u00e9galement de f\u00e9d\u00e9rer les \u00e9quipes et sont de plus en plus propos\u00e9es comme activit\u00e9s dans le cadre d\u2019un team building. Les professionnels du monde du th\u00e9\u00e2tre constatent d\u2019ailleurs un int\u00e9r\u00eat grandissant de la part des entreprises et des travailleurs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Depuis plus de 15 ans, je donne des formations telles que la prise de parole en public, la gestion de conflits ou encore l\u2019art de donner et de recevoir du feedback.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em> d\u00e9clare Gilles Delvaulx, acteur et formateur. L\u2019impact que ces formations peuvent avoir, tant sur une personne que sur un groupe, peut \u00eatre significatif.
