Les entreprises se disent dispos\u00e9es \u00e0 partager certains travailleurs. Au lieu d\u2019essayer de r\u00e9soudre soi-m\u00eame les troubles de croissance, un double employeur peut repr\u00e9senter une nouvelle piste.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs seraient-ils ouverts \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de partager certains collaborateurs avec d\u2019autres employeurs afin de les occuper moyennant des accords clairs ? Les employeurs ont r\u00e9pondu le plus positivement \u00e0 cette question pour le groupe des employ\u00e9s : 44,2 % seraient pr\u00eats \u00e0 partager des employ\u00e9s avec d\u2019autres employeurs. Ils se montrent un peu plus r\u00e9ticents quant aux ouvriers (22,8 %) et aux cadres (22,9 %).<\/p>\n<p>Amandine Boseret, juriste chez Acerta, commente : <em>\u00ab Voil\u00e0 un bel exemple de nouvelle dynamique sur le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi : 62,4 % acceptent un double employeur. Une nouvelle dynamique qui a encore une grande marge de croissance en termes de port\u00e9e. D\u2019une enqu\u00eate pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 appris par exemple que les employeurs doutent du fait que leurs collaborateurs estiment que l\u2019employeur partag\u00e9 est une id\u00e9e envisageable. Selon les employeurs, 41 % des employ\u00e9s n\u2019y seraient pas favorables. Si les parties concern\u00e9es osent discuter franchement du double employeur, cette id\u00e9e peut devenir un nouveau levier. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Une exp\u00e9rience suppl\u00e9mentaire profitable<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pourquoi les employeurs envisageraient-ils de partager des talents avec une autre entreprise ? Voici les avantages per\u00e7us par les employeurs :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>De cette mani\u00e8re, les travailleurs concern\u00e9s acqui\u00e8rent \u00e9galement de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience susceptible d\u2019\u00eatre utile pour mon entreprise;<\/li>\n<li>Cela offre \u00e0 mon entreprise l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019avoir recours \u00e0 des talents\/comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9(e)s que je ne trouve pas maintenant;<\/li>\n<li>Je peux influencer positivement la r\u00e9tention de mes bons travailleurs de cette fa\u00e7on;<\/li>\n<li>Cela me donne l\u2019occasion de g\u00e9rer les p\u00e9riodes de pointe et de creux au travail;<\/li>\n<li>Je dispose \u00e0 pr\u00e9sent de certaines fonctions pour lesquelles je n\u2019ai pas d\u2019emploi \u00e0 temps plein.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Amandine Boseret ajoute : <em>\u00ab En outre, il est int\u00e9ressant pour les employeurs de partager les frais salariaux de cette mani\u00e8re. Les employeurs consid\u00e8rent l\u2019exp\u00e9rience suppl\u00e9mentaire comme un facteur convaincant tant pour les ouvriers que pour les employ\u00e9s et les cadres. Ils estiment \u00e9galement que le facteur de la r\u00e9tention importe surtout pour les employ\u00e9s et les cadres. Et partager un travailleur peut repr\u00e9senter une alternative pour des t\u00e2ches que les entreprises doivent actuellement externaliser car elles n&rsquo;ont pas de mission \u00e0 temps plein \u00e0 cet effet. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Surtout une question de confiance<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Quand les employeurs envisageraient-ils de partager des talents avec une autre entreprise ? Voici les conditions auxquelles il faudrait r\u00e9pondre, selon les employeurs, afin de sauter le pas vers l\u2019employeur partag\u00e9 l\u2019esprit tranquille :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un lien de confiance avec l\u2019autre employeur;<\/li>\n<li>La proximit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique de l\u2019autre employeur;<\/li>\n<li>Pas d\u2019organisations concurrentes;<\/li>\n<li>Un lien culturel avec l\u2019autre employeur;<\/li>\n<li>Rester dans le secteur;<\/li>\n<li>Beaucoup de moments de concertation avec l\u2019autre employeur;<\/li>\n<li>D\u2019autres p\u00e9riodes de pointe et creux au travail;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019autre employeur doit pr\u00e9senter environ la m\u00eame taille.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Amandine Boseret : \u00ab<em> Selon qu&rsquo;il s\u2019agisse d\u2019ouvriers, d\u2019employ\u00e9s ou de cadres, les conditions rev\u00eatent un poids diff\u00e9rent. Mais la confiance mutuelle entre les employeurs occupe une place essentielle, plus que l\u2019inqui\u00e9tude de ne pas collaborer avec une entreprise concurrente, par exemple. Par ailleurs, il convient de souligner que les employeurs accordent moins d\u2019importance \u00e0 un lien culturel avec l\u2019autre organisation, surtout quand il est question d&rsquo;ouvriers. Et ce, contrairement \u00e0 la proximit\u00e9 g\u00e9ographique, consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme tr\u00e8s importante. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Quelles sont les options ?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Il existe diff\u00e9rentes possibilit\u00e9s en vue de partager du personnel. Un exemple classique est le travail int\u00e9rimaire, o\u00f9 un travailleur a deux employeurs : celui o\u00f9 il est occup\u00e9 et l\u2019agence int\u00e9rim. Mais d\u2019autres possibilit\u00e9s s\u2019offrent encore aux organisations. Ann Mertens explique : <em>\u00ab Le co-emploiement constitue une nouvelle approche, o\u00f9 plusieurs employeurs occupent la m\u00eame personne. Ainsi, un sp\u00e9cialiste informatique peut par exemple travailler \u00e0 la fois pour un bureau comptable et un bureau d\u2019architectes, selon un seul contrat de travail. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Amandine Boseret : <em>\u00ab La loi relative au travail faisable et maniable a d\u00e9j\u00e0 simplifi\u00e9 de nombreuses proc\u00e9dures, notamment par la r\u00e9forme du syst\u00e8me de groupements d\u2019employeurs. Pourtant, une simplification plus pouss\u00e9e est toujours n\u00e9cessaire. En effet, nous constatons que 62,4 % des employeurs sont ouverts \u00e0 l\u2019id\u00e9e de partager des travailleurs avec d\u2019autres employeurs, mais que la distance entre se montrer ouvert et le faire effectivement est encore grande. Si les employeurs veulent partager du personnel, ils ne le font pas encore pour des raisons de complexit\u00e9.
