Cette initiative de l\u2019association sans but lucratif (asbl) SODAjobs a pour ambition, avec le certificat SODA, de souligner l\u2019importance d\u2019une attitude professionnelle ad\u00e9quate et ce, tant \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des \u00e9tudiants, de l\u2019enseignement que des entreprises.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>En mai, dans le cadre d\u2019une session d\u2019inspiration organis\u00e9e par le r\u00e9seau d\u2019entreprises VOKA Oost-Vlaanderen sur le th\u00e8me des jeunes et de l\u2019emploi, SPIE Belgium a donn\u00e9 une pr\u00e9sentation sur le certificat SODA, en collaboration avec le responsable de l\u2019asbl Sodajobs.<\/p>\n<p>SODA signifie ponctualit\u00e9 (Stiptheid), ordre (Orde), discipline (Discipline) et attitude (Attitude). Les \u00e9tudiants ayant un certificat SODA disposent d\u2019un avantage suppl\u00e9mentaire quand ils postulent pour un emploi parce que le certificat indique clairement qu&rsquo;ils ont un certain nombre d&rsquo;attitudes professionnelles qualitatives. De cette fa\u00e7on, le projet SODA veut jeter des ponts entre les \u00e9coles et les employeurs.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet SODA pose un regard neuf sur l\u2019enseignement. Aujourd&rsquo;hui celui-ci se concentre principalement sur l\u2019apprentissage d\u2019attitudes li\u00e9es au cours et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole et celles-ci ne sont \u00e9valu\u00e9es qu\u2019au moyen de bulletins d&rsquo;attitude. En outre, l\u2019attitude ne joue pas un r\u00f4le d\u00e9cisif dans l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation finale d&rsquo;un \u00e9l\u00e8ve en particulier. Selon les responsables de l\u2019asbl SODAjobs, de ce fait, les \u00e9coles ne r\u00e9pondent pas aux besoins actuels du march\u00e9 du travail. C\u2019est pourquoi ils veulent aller un peu plus loin avec le certificat SODA et lier l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des attitudes de travail \u00e0 une attestation formelle. Ainsi, le certificat SODA est non seulement une r\u00e9compense pour l&rsquo;\u00e9tudiant qui excelle par sa ponctualit\u00e9, son ordre, sa discipline et son attitude, mais aussi un atout suppl\u00e9mentaire pour qui se lance \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un travail int\u00e9ressant, ainsi qu\u2019un nouveau crit\u00e8re de s\u00e9lection pour les entreprises d\u00e9sireuses d\u2019attirer de bonnes recrues.<br \/>\nSPIE Belgium a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de soutenir activement le certificat SODA en tant qu\u2019outil. Pourquoi? Parce qu&rsquo;elle a souvent observ\u00e9, dans le recrutement de profils techniques, que les jeunes candidats ne disposent pas des attitudes de travail appropri\u00e9es. Selon SPIE Belgium, qui a construit ses services \u00e0 la fois sur les comp\u00e9tences techniques et l\u2019attitude professionnelle appropri\u00e9e de ses collaborateurs, l\u2019introduction du certificat SODA dans l&rsquo;enseignement technique serait une tr\u00e8s bonne chose.<\/p>\n<p>Le projet de SODA est un projet flamand inter-r\u00e9seau destin\u00e9 tant aux \u00e9coles qu\u2019aux entreprises qui vise \u00e0 offrir, avec le certificat SODA, un outil suppl\u00e9mentaire aux \u00e9l\u00e8ves, aux parents, aux \u00e9coles et aux entreprises.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SPIE Belgium est le principal sponsor du projet SODA.
