Cela repr\u00e9sente la moiti\u00e9 des 100 000 opportunit\u00e9s qu\u2019elles se sont engag\u00e9es l\u2019ann\u00e9e pass\u00e9e \u00e0 cr\u00e9er en trois ans. Pour ces entreprises, la \u00ab formation par alternance \u00bb repr\u00e9sente une solution pour le ch\u00f4mage des jeunes en Europe.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>L\u2019\u00ab Alliance for YOUth \u00bb est une initiative d\u2019entreprises priv\u00e9es dont l\u2019objectif est de promouvoir l\u2019emploi des jeunes en Europe. Lanc\u00e9e en 2014 par Nestl\u00e9, elle r\u00e9unit aujourd\u2019hui pr\u00e8s de 200 entreprises. Celles-ci ont \u00e9t\u00e9 impliqu\u00e9es dans plus de 5 400 activit\u00e9s de \u00ab pr\u00e9paration au march\u00e9 du travail \u00bb, qui consistent notamment en des ateliers de r\u00e9daction de CV, des foires \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, des pr\u00e9parations \u00e0 un entretien d\u2019embauche et d\u2019autres \u00e9v\u00e9nements visant \u00e0 aider les jeunes dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s<\/p>\n<h2>Les apprentissages et les stages d\u00e9bouchent sur de vrais emplois<\/h2>\n<p>Selon une enqu\u00eate men\u00e9e par Nielsen (sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans l\u2019analyse des tendances de consommation) aupr\u00e8s de 635 dirigeants d\u2019entreprises et professionnels des ressources humaines, issus de 70 entreprises membres de l\u2019\u00ab Alliance for YOUth \u00bb, dans 22 pays europ\u00e9ens, 66 % des r\u00e9pondants d\u00e9clarent que les formations sous forme d\u2019apprentissage et les stages sont susceptibles de d\u00e9boucher sur un emploi permanent. De nombreux pays, particuli\u00e8rement dans le Sud et l\u2019Est de l\u2019Europe, ne sont n\u00e9anmoins pas encore pr\u00eats \u00e0 proposer cette alternative de formation par alternance, qui combine enseignement classique et formation en entreprise.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab La formation par alternance aide les jeunes \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et de la confiance en soi avant d\u2019int\u00e9grer le march\u00e9 du travail \u00bb<\/em>, d\u00e9clare Christophe Cambournac, pr\u00e9sident pour l\u2019Europe de Nielsen, un membre de l\u2019\u00ab Alliance for YOUth \u00bb. <em>\u00ab De plus, cela aide \u00e0 alimenter la r\u00e9serve de talents \u00e0 disposition des entreprises en faisant le lien entre les comp\u00e9tences et les emplois disponibles sur le march\u00e9. C\u2019est un facteur essentiel car la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9volue \u00e0 un rythme tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9 que les formations scolaires traditionnelles ne peuvent pas suivre. De nombreux emplois \u00e0 pourvoir dans dix ans n\u2019existent pas encore \u00e0 l\u2019heure actuelle. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Une solution au ch\u00f4mage des jeunes en Europe<\/h2>\n<p>Lors du d\u00e9veloppement de programmes de formation par alternance, les entreprises partenaires de l\u2019\u00ab Alliance for YOUth \u00bb ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 le r\u00f4le essentiel que les gouvernements pourraient et devraient jouer au moment de renforcer la collaboration entre les entreprises, les \u00e9coles ou les universit\u00e9s. Le r\u00f4le des autorit\u00e9s est \u00e9galement primordial pour la promotion de ces programmes aupr\u00e8s d\u2019un large \u00e9ventail de secteurs et de profils dans toute l\u2019Europe.<\/p>\n<p>Cette demande a \u00e9t\u00e9 exprim\u00e9e lors d\u2019un d\u00e9bat organis\u00e9 au Parlement europ\u00e9en, en pr\u00e9sence de la Commissaire europ\u00e9enne pour l\u2019Emploi, Marianne Thyssen, de plusieurs membres du Parlement europ\u00e9en, d\u2019organisations pour la jeunesse, de dirigeants des entreprises de l\u2019\u00ab Alliance for YOUth \u00bb, ainsi que de jeunes qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de l\u2019initiative.<\/p>\n<p>Lors de ce d\u00e9bat, la Commissaire europ\u00e9enne pour l\u2019Emploi, Marianne Thyssen, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 : <em>\u00ab La mise en place rapide de la Garantie pour la jeunesse en collaboration \u00e9troite avec des entreprises, est cruciale pour faciliter la transition \u00ab \u00e9cole-travail \u00bb et fournir un emploi aux jeunes. Les Etats membres doivent saisir cette opportunit\u00e9 et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier du support financier que l\u2019Union Europ\u00e9enne met \u00e0 leur disposition. La semaine derni\u00e8re, la Commission a transf\u00e9r\u00e9 pr\u00e8s d\u2019un milliard d\u2019euros aux \u00e9tats membres afin d\u2019aider pr\u00e8s de 650.000 jeunes \u00e0 trouver un emploi, des formations, des stages ou \u00e0 continuer leur formation. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Les entreprises de l\u2019\u00ab Alliance for YOUth \u00bb ont r\u00e9cemment mis en place de nouveaux programmes de formation par alternance (ou formations duales) en Europe, en collaboration avec des universit\u00e9s et des \u00e9coles, mais les partenaires doivent souvent faire face \u00e0 des obstacles li\u00e9s \u00e0 la bureaucratie. 26 % des entreprises estiment que les obstacles administratifs li\u00e9s \u00e0 ces programmes sont un frein pour de nouveaux programmes d\u2019emploi pour les jeunes.
