Le site d\u2019emploi StepStone a interrog\u00e9 plus de 53.000 personnes au cours des quatre derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es sur leurs exp\u00e9riences en mati\u00e8re de recherche d\u2019emploi. et il appara\u00eet que cela reste un v\u00e9ritable parcours du combattant pour les chercheurs(euses) d\u2019emploi belges.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Selon l\u2019une des principales conclusions de l\u2019\u00e9tude, tr\u00e8s peu de chercheurs(euses) d\u2019emploi re\u00e7oivent une r\u00e9ponse de leur employeur potentiel. Seuls 24,1 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es ont obtenu une r\u00e9ponse dans les 45 premiers jours suivant leur candidature. Ainsi, 75,9 % des sond\u00e9(e)s n\u2019ont pas obtenu de r\u00e9ponse \u00e0 leur candidature au cours des premi\u00e8res semaines cruciales. De plus, les personnes qui se sont lanc\u00e9es dans un processus de recrutement ont eu besoin de 16 candidatures en moyenne pour enfin obtenir un entretien.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autres r\u00e9sultats montrent que sur la p\u00e9riode 2018\/2019, 6,4 % des personnes sond\u00e9es ont re\u00e7u une invitation pour un entretien d\u2019embauche. En outre, la candidature a abouti \u00e0 une proposition d\u2019emploi pour 2 % des r\u00e9pondant(e)s, et celle-ci a \u00e9t\u00e9 accept\u00e9e par 1,4 % d\u2019entre eux\/elles.<\/p>\n<p>Il est \u00e9tonnant de constater des r\u00e9sultats assez stables sur la p\u00e9riode.\u00a0Malgr\u00e9 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re tendance \u00e0 la hausse en ce qui concerne les entretiens et les offres d\u2019emploi re\u00e7us, nous observons au contraire une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse quant au pourcentage de candidats qui re\u00e7oivent un feedback sur leur candidature<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>De moins en moins de candidatures n\u00e9cessaires pour d\u00e9crocher un entretien d\u2019embauche<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Autre tendance notable, le parcours d\u2019embauche devient de plus en plus court. Alors qu\u2019en 2016, un(e) candidat(e) devait envoyer 20 mails pour obtenir un entretien, ce chiffre est descendu aujourd\u2019hui (depuis 2018) \u00e0 \u00ab seulement \u00bb 16.\u00a0Mais l\u00e0 encore, le nombre d\u2019entretiens n\u00e9cessaires pour obtenir une offre d\u2019emploi est rest\u00e9 stable tout au long de la p\u00e9riode 2016-2019.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous observons l\u2019importance croissante de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience des candidats dans leur processus de d\u00e9cision et tentons de faciliter le processus de candidature.
