Ceci n\u2019est pourtant pas toujours une exigence de leur employeur car 47% des personnes interrog\u00e9es disent que celui-ci attend qu\u2019ils soient disponibles en dehors des heures de travail et seuls 24% pendant leurs cong\u00e9s.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs semblent nettement plus exigeants dans les autres pays \u00e9tudi\u00e9s : 45% souhaitent que leurs employ\u00e9s soient joignables pat t\u00e9l\u00e9phone ou e-mail pendant leurs cong\u00e9s. C\u2019est particuli\u00e8rement notable en Chine et en Inde o\u00f9 ce taux d\u00e9passe les 80%.<\/p>\n<p>Cette incursion de la vie professionnelle dans la sph\u00e8re priv\u00e9e n\u2019est pas sans cons\u00e9quence : seuls 64% des salari\u00e9s du Luxembourg disent r\u00e9ussir \u00e0 facilement faire une coupure pendant leurs cong\u00e9s. Dans les pays voisins (Allemagne, Belgique et France) davantage d\u2019employ\u00e9s arrivent \u00e0 se d\u00e9tacher de leur travail (73%).<br \/>\nPour compenser cet \u00e9tat de fait, l\u2019interconnexion travail\/vie priv\u00e9e s\u2019observe \u00e9galement dans le sens inverse ! 75% des personnes qui travaillent au Luxembourg s\u2019autorisent \u00e0 g\u00e9rer des affaires personnelles durant leurs heures de travail. C\u2019est bien plus qu\u2019en Allemagne (59%), qu\u2019en France (61%) ou qu\u2019en Belgique (64%).<\/p>\n<p>Le Workmonitor a \u00e9galement sond\u00e9 les employ\u00e9s au sujet des perspectives 2020. Dans l\u2019ensemble, les employ\u00e9s du Luxembourg sont plut\u00f4t optimistes : 67% s\u2019attendent \u00e0 ce que leur entreprise ait une meilleure performance financi\u00e8re qu\u2019en 2019 et 71% pensent que la situation \u00e9conomique du pays va s\u2019am\u00e9liorer.<\/p>\n<p>Ils sont un peu moins confiants concernant leur situation personnelle puisque 55% s\u2019attendaient \u00e0 recevoir un bonus\/prime et 50% une augmentation de salaire fin 2019.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019index de mobilit\u00e9 du Luxembourg, qui repr\u00e9sente le nombre de personnes qui s\u2019attendent \u00e0 changer d\u2019emploi dans les 6 mois, reste faible mais est en nette augmentation sur la p\u00e9riode (+10 points).\u00a08% des salari\u00e9s du Luxembourg d\u00e9clarent avoir chang\u00e9 d\u2019emploi dans les 6 derniers mois. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une proportion tr\u00e8s faible si on la compare \u00e0 la moyenne des pays \u00e9tudi\u00e9s qui atteint 26%. Les recordmen de la mobilit\u00e9 sont l\u2019Inde (63%) et la Chine (30%).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>Source Randstad Workmonitor : l\u2019\u00e9tude Workmonitor de Randstad a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e aux Pays-Bas en 2003 et couvre \u00e0 ce jour 34 pays (Europe, Am\u00e9rique, Asie).
