Cela semble avoir port\u00e9 ses fruits. Le cabinet de recrutement Page Personnel s\u2019est int\u00e9ress\u00e9 de plus pr\u00e8s aux besoins et aux attentes des Belges pour leur avenir professionnel. Selon cette \u00e9tude r\u00e9cente*, les employ\u00e9s belges sont tr\u00e8s positifs quant \u00e0 leurs perspectives d\u2019avenir professionnelles : 61% d\u2019entre eux esp\u00e8rent m\u00eame obtenir une promotion dans les 12 prochains mois.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s un sondage sur l\u2019indice de confiance professionnelle des employ\u00e9s*, Page Personnel r\u00e9v\u00e8le que plus de 6 Belges sur 10 (61,3%) s\u2019attendent \u00e0 recevoir une promotion dans les 12 prochains mois. Il semble que les Belges soient un peu plus optimistes que leurs homologues europ\u00e9ens : 54,7% des employ\u00e9s europ\u00e9ens s\u2019attendent \u00e0 une promotion dans l\u2019ann\u00e9e. Cependant, un quart des employ\u00e9s (24,9%) estiment qu\u2019ils ne progresseront pas et que leur situation sera \u00e9quivalente, contre 3 personnes sur 10 (31,9%) en Europe.<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019autre part, s\u2019ils devaient \u00eatre confront\u00e9s \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019un nouvel emploi, les Belges restent aussi optimistes. 61,8% d\u2019entre eux affirment qu\u2019ils trouveront un nouvel emploi en moins de trois mois. Cette estimation se r\u00e9v\u00e8le proche de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 : en effet, 67,6% des employ\u00e9s belges interrog\u00e9s expliquent avoir trouv\u00e9 en moins de trois mois. Mais, \u00e9tonnamment, alors que seulement un Belge sur 10 (11,6%) pensait trouver un nouvel emploi en moins d\u2019un mois, les faits sont tout autre : 35,8% d\u2019entre eux ont trouv\u00e9 leur nouvel emploi en si peu de temps.<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Ambiance et reconnaissance, les crit\u00e8res les plus importants<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9tude r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par le bureau de recrutement Page Personnel r\u00e9v\u00e8le \u00e9galement les \u00e9l\u00e9ments les plus importants pour les employ\u00e9s, s\u2019ils devaient consid\u00e9rer un nouvel emploi. La relation entre coll\u00e8gues et sup\u00e9rieurs est le crit\u00e8re qui est le plus souvent mentionn\u00e9 par les employ\u00e9s (96,5%). Ensuite viennent :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La reconnaissance du travail accompli,<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019acc\u00e8s aux formations,<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019\u00e9quilibre entre la vie priv\u00e9e et la vie professionnelle,<\/li>\n<li>Et enfin le fait de travailler pour une entreprise socialement responsable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Olivier Dufour, Executive Director de Page Personnel, explique : <em>\u00ab Aujourd\u2019hui, la reconnaissance du travail accompli est essentielle aux yeux des employ\u00e9s. Ils ont ce besoin permanent de savoir que leur travail est \u00e0 la fois appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 mais qu\u2019il a aussi un sens. Et tout ceci passe par une bonne relation entre le travailleur et son sup\u00e9rieur. Si la relation est mauvaise, elle sera toxique et engendrera un travail de moindre qualit\u00e9, donc peu de reconnaissance. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Au niveau des avantages extra-l\u00e9gaux, les Belges sont pr\u00e9voyants. Pour eux, il est important que leur futur employeur leur propose : un plan de pension, des soins de sant\u00e9 personnels et pour la famille, la mise \u00e0 disposition de mat\u00e9riel digital (ordinateur, GSM, \u2026), une assurance vie, et des cong\u00e9s suppl\u00e9mentaires.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">L&rsquo;int\u00e9rim reste per\u00e7u comme un statut pr\u00e9caire.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"line-height: 1.5;\">Le sondage de Page Personnel d\u00e9voile que presque 6 Belges sur 10 consid\u00e9reraient l\u2019\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 de passer par un emploi temporaire\/Int\u00e9rim.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Les 3 raisons principales qui feraient pencher les Belges en faveur de l\u2019Int\u00e9rim sont :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Un bon moyen de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences et de gagner de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience<\/li>\n<li>Une porte d\u2019entr\u00e9e chez l\u2019employeur : l\u2019Int\u00e9rim offre une chance de devenir un employ\u00e9 permanent<\/li>\n<li>Un panel d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s : plus de 3 Belges sur 10 (35,3%) trouvent que l\u2019Int\u00e9rim donne une chance de travailler pour diff\u00e9rents employeurs et d\u2019occuper des fonctions vari\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cependant, pour 4 Belges sur 10, c\u2019est un grand non. Sans surprise, la raison principale est le manque de stabilit\u00e9 financi\u00e8re. Moins de 40% des candidats belges expliquent aussi qu\u2019ils se sentiraient moins engag\u00e9s et impliqu\u00e9s dans l\u2019entreprise et auraient un faible sentiment d\u2019appartenance. 3 Belges sur 10 estiment aussi qu\u2019une position temporaire ne leur permettrait pas de d\u00e9velopper suffisamment leurs comp\u00e9tences. Olivier Dufour reprend: \u00ab<em> L\u2019image de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9 dont l\u2019Interim a h\u00e9rit\u00e9 dans les ann\u00e9es 80 reste son principal handicap. Pourtant, l\u2019Interim n\u2019est qu\u2019un contrat administratif, \u00e7a n\u2019est pas un contenu.
