La FEB relaye cette \u00e9tude pour relever les lacunes de la Belgique quant \u00e0 sa politique en la mati\u00e8re. <!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Globalement, 61 % des personnes croient que les m\u00e9gatendances actuelles, dont les nouvelles technologies et la mondialisation, ont et auront un impact sur leurs emplois. De nombreux travailleurs affirment d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u0153uvrer \u00e0 l\u2019am\u00e9lioration\/au perfectionnement de leurs comp\u00e9tences et sont dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 poursuivre leurs efforts pour acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences pour leur emploi actuel (\u2018upskilling\u2019). Nombreux sont aussi ceux qui sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences pour devenir un candidat attractif pour des emplois compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rents (\u2018reskilling\u2019).<\/p>\n<p>Plus les gens sont convaincus que les m\u00e9gatendances auront un impact sur leur emploi, plus ils sont dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 parfaire leurs comp\u00e9tences. On note toutefois de grandes diff\u00e9rences r\u00e9gionales. La volont\u00e9 de formation d\u00e9pend aussi du type d\u2019emploi. Les ind\u00e9pendants (dont les free-lance) consacrent plus de temps \u00e0 la formation que les salari\u00e9s \u00e0 temps plein. La profession et l\u2019expertise ont \u00e9galement un impact sur le temps consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la formation.<\/p>\n<p>Les nouvelles technologies et les nouvelles mani\u00e8res de travailler influencent aussi les m\u00e9thodes choisies. Au niveau mondial, les m\u00e9thodes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es sont l\u2019autoformation (63%), la formation sur le tas (61%) et la formation en ligne (54%) (via des plateformes en ligne et des applications mobiles). Les m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles, telles que les conf\u00e9rences (36%), les \u00e9tablissements d\u2019enseignement (34%) et les programmes subventionn\u00e9s par les pouvoirs publics (7%), sont moins appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es. Ici aussi on note de fortes diff\u00e9rences r\u00e9gionales. En Asie de l\u2019Est, 8 personnes sur 10 pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent la \u2018digital based learning\u2019. En Europe et en Asie du Sud, la participation \u00e0 des s\u00e9minaires fait toujours partie du top trois.<\/p>\n<p>Partout dans le monde, les personnes interrog\u00e9es pensent que les comp\u00e9tences futures \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper seront celles de bons teamplayers et de penseurs critiques. Elles pensent donc que la communication et les aptitudes analytiques, le leadership et la r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes complexes sont des comp\u00e9tences essentielles.<\/p>\n<p>En Belgique, 43% seulement des personnes interrog\u00e9es investissent du temps dans l\u2019acquisition de nouvelles comp\u00e9tences, ce qui nous rel\u00e8gue en queue du classement mondial avec la France et l\u2019Allemagne.<\/p>\n<p>Ce manque de culture d&rsquo;apprentissage est aussi confirm\u00e9 dans le rapport par pays pour la Belgique dans le cadre du Semestre europ\u00e9en 2019. En Belgique, la participation des adultes \u00e0 la formation et \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage (8,5%) est tr\u00e8s inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la moyenne europ\u00e9enne (10,9%). Les entreprises belges investissent pourtant beaucoup plus (12%) que la moyenne europ\u00e9enne dans la formation (9,5%).
