La pension compl\u00e9mentaire, une forme de r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration diff\u00e9r\u00e9e permettant d&rsquo;attirer de nouveaux talents, devient ainsi de plus en plus on\u00e9reuse.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;employeur est tenu de garantir un rendement minimum de 1,75% par an sur les primes vers\u00e9es. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, le rendement offert par les assureurs sur leurs produits a toutefois chut\u00e9. Si l&rsquo;on regarde la moyenne des principaux assureurs de Belgique, on constate une baisse de 2,00% en 2014 \u00e0 0,47% depuis 2017. Le rendement offert par certains assureurs est m\u00eame de 0,01%. Les employeurs doivent donc combler un foss\u00e9 de plus en plus grand pour pouvoir garantir le rendement minimum.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 titre d&rsquo;exemple : un travailleur de 25 ans per\u00e7oit un salaire mensuel brut de 3 000 \u20ac et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;un plan de pension moyen. Lorsqu&rsquo;il prendra sa pension \u00e0 67 ans, apr\u00e8s une carri\u00e8re compl\u00e8te de 42 ans, il aura droit \u2013 compte tenu du rendement minimum l\u00e9gal de 1,75% \u2013 \u00e0 une pension compl\u00e9mentaire de 150 000\u20ac. Chez un assureur offrant un rendement garanti de 0,01%, il ne pourra cependant se constituer un capital que de 110 000\u20ac. Au cours de la carri\u00e8re du travailleur, son employeur devra donc verser la diff\u00e9rence de 40 000\u20ac. Cela repr\u00e9sente un surco\u00fbt annuel de 36% par rapport \u00e0 la prime actuelle.<\/p>\n<p>Les employeurs sont donc pris entre deux feux. D&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, la pension compl\u00e9mentaire est un atout important pour attirer de nouveaux talents. De l&rsquo;autre, son co\u00fbt p\u00e8se de plus en plus lourd, ce qui r\u00e9duit la capacit\u00e9 des employeurs \u00e0 investir dans l&rsquo;innovation ou le recrutement.<\/p>\n<p>Par ailleurs, avec l&rsquo;harmonisation des plans de pension pour les ouvriers et les employ\u00e9s, davantage de travailleurs demanderont \u00e0 profiter d&rsquo;une pension compl\u00e9mentaire \u00e0 partir de 2025. Les entreprises ne pourront n\u00e9anmoins pas y affecter un budget plus cons\u00e9quent. Si l&rsquo;on tient compte du groupe plus important de travailleurs qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficieront d&rsquo;un plan de pension et du surco\u00fbt annuel \u00e9lev\u00e9, on peut donc pr\u00e9dire que les nouveaux plans seront moins avantageux que les anciens. Le lobby en faveur d&rsquo;un rendement minimum plus faible se fait en outre de plus en plus entendre.<\/p>\n<p>Franky Stevens, chef actuaire chez Mercer Belgique : <em>\u00ab M\u00eame si les plans de pension rapporteront probablement moins dans un avenir proche, ils restent tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressants. Tout d&rsquo;abord, la pension l\u00e9gale et son financement sont depuis des ann\u00e9es sous pression. Il n&rsquo;est par cons\u00e9quent pas du tout certain que les jeunes travailleurs jouissent d&rsquo;une pension l\u00e9gale correcte dans 30 ans. Qui plus est, la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration diff\u00e9r\u00e9e obtenue via un plan de pension est beaucoup moins tax\u00e9e que le salaire mensuel.
