Les nouveaux outils et applications permettent d&rsquo;automatiser bon nombre de t\u00e2ches ou, \u00e0 tout le moins, de les exercer diff\u00e9remment.<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Selon 78% des assistants et 82% des managers, le plus grand effet de la technologie sur la fonction d\u2019assistant \/ de collaborateur Office est qu\u2019elle offre d\u2019excellentes perspectives d\u2019avenir, aussi bien en termes de gain de temps que de diversification des t\u00e2ches.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u2019enqu\u00eate confirme : La fonction a de l\u2019avenir mais est de plus en plus complexe<\/h2>\n<p>Concernant la complexit\u00e9 de la fonction, la vision des managers est toutefois en l\u00e9g\u00e8re contradiction avec celle des assistants. 71% des managers (contre 49% des assistants) estiment que le travail de l\u2019assistant est devenu plus complexe. 55% des managers et 36% des assistants mentionnent \u00e9galement que l\u2019assistant doit se former de mani\u00e8re continue et qu\u2019il est vite d\u00e9pass\u00e9 par l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de nouveaux logiciels et applications.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce aux nouveaux outils, les assistants et collaborateurs Office passent moins de temps aux t\u00e2ches routini\u00e8res en faveur d\u2019activit\u00e9s \u00e0 plus haute valeur ajout\u00e9e. Les t\u00e2ches classiques de secr\u00e9tariat sont trait\u00e9es plus rapidement, et l\u2019assistant dispose de ce temps pour se consacrer \u00e0 d\u2019autres activit\u00e9s plus complexes ou sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Concernant la crainte pour l\u2019avenir de la fonction et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 d\u2019emploi, seuls 17% des assistants et 13% des managers pensent que la technologie peut avoir un effet n\u00e9gatif.<br \/>\nLa profession d\u2019assistant est toujours aussi indispensable dans l\u2019entreprise et a encore un bel avenir devant elle, mais le contenu de la fonction a chang\u00e9 et est devenu plus passionnant. Et d\u2019autant plus que l\u2019assistant travaille g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement, non plus pour un seul manager, mais pour plusieurs.<\/p>\n<h2>De nouvelles comp\u00e9tences pour s\u2019inscrire dans la dur\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>Plusieurs t\u00e9moignagnes mettent en \u00e9vidence la diversification des t\u00e2ches de l&rsquo;assistant(e), se d\u00e9veloppant notamment dans les domaines de la communication (organisation d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nements notamment) et de la gestion des m\u00e9dia sociaux, en collaboration avec les d\u00e9partements Marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Une tendace confirm\u00e9e par exemple par Bart Lambrechts, Human Resources Director chez Carglass SA : <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les directeurs assument d\u00e9sormais plus vite les t\u00e2ches qui \u00e9taient confi\u00e9es autrefois au PA. G\u00e9rer son agenda soi-m\u00eame est tr\u00e8s simple avec un smartphone, et il vous permet aussi de r\u00e9pondre rapidement \u00e0 vos e-mails. Les assistants ne doivent plus non plus r\u00e9diger des mailings complets, la seule chose qu\u2019ils font encore, c\u2019est dispatcher les messages les plus urgents. Les \u00e9volutions technologiques font donc en sorte que nous reprenons des t\u00e2ches de nos PA et inversement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><br \/>\nLa technologie offre de belles perspectives pour l\u2019avenir de la fonction. Cela porte aussi bien sur la mani\u00e8re de travailler, sur la communication plus rapide (par le biais des r\u00e9seaux sociaux, des conf\u00e9rences vid\u00e9o ou des messageries instantan\u00e9es), mais aussi sur la gestion des t\u00e2ches qui se professionnalise gr\u00e2ce aux applications pour smartphones ou aux bases de donn\u00e9es ultra performantes.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9largissement des t\u00e2ches, les nouvelles applications et m\u00e9thodes de travail am\u00e8nent bien entendu avec elles la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de disposer de comp\u00e9tences sp\u00e9cifiques pour s\u2019inscrire dans la dur\u00e9e.
