La grande majorit\u00e9 (91%) ne pr\u00e9voit aucun changement. Pourquoi ce calme plat malgr\u00e9 des indicateurs \u00e9conomiques positifs ?<!--more--><\/h1>\n<p>Premier frein relev\u00e9 par le barom\u00e8tre : la suppression de la p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;essai mise en place dans le cadre du statut unique. Les employeurs semblent encore peu enclins \u00e0 convertir les contrats d\u2019int\u00e9rim en contrats fixes. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Autrement dit, la croissance observ\u00e9e ces derniers mois dans le secteur de l\u2019int\u00e9rim ne se traduit pas encore par des contrats \u00e0 dur\u00e9e ind\u00e9termin\u00e9e. Ce manque de dynamisme se ressent dans les trois r\u00e9gions du pays, m\u00eame si les employeurs bruxellois se montrent \u00e0 nouveau l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus optimistes (+4) que leurs homologues de Flandre et de Wallonie (+2 dans les deux r\u00e9gions).\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Deuxi\u00e8me hypoth\u00e8se \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer: la Belgique b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie moins que ses pays voisins, et que bien d&rsquo;autres r\u00e9gions du monde, de la reprise \u00e9conomique. Le Barom\u00e8tre montre des pr\u00e9visions positives dans 23 des 24 pays sond\u00e9s dans la r\u00e9gion EMEA (Europe, Moyen-Orient, Afrique). <em>\u00ab\u00a0Les employeurs en Turquie (+14) se montrent les plus optimistes suivis par ceux d\u2019Isra\u00ebl (+12) et de Slovaquie (+12). Les perspectives sont \u00e9galement mod\u00e9r\u00e9ment positives au Royaume-Uni (+6), en Allemagne (+5) et en France (+4).\u00a0\u00bb La Belgique de son c\u00f4t\u00e9 affiche un indice positif de 2 points seulement. \u00ab\u00a0A l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle mondiale,les pays affichant l\u2019optimisme le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 pour le 3e trimestre 2015 sont dans l\u2019ordre : Taiwan (+42) l\u2019Inde (+37), le Japon (+23), Hong Kong (+16) et les Etats-Unis (+16). A l\u2019heure o\u00f9 l\u2019\u00e9conomie chinoise se r\u00e9oriente vers le tertiaire, le march\u00e9 de l\u2019emploi semble conna\u00eetre un regain de dynamisme (+13).\u00a0\u00bb La nature des activit\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques qui caract\u00e9risent chaque pays pourrait \u00eatre \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine de cette disparit\u00e9.
